This property was exactly as advertised. Location is a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Old Town La Quinta. The home is located in a lovely walkable neighborhood, close to hiking trails and other La Quinta sites and amenities. Four, very large bedrooms, two en-suite, and a tastefully furnished living area with plenty of room to spread out. David was helpful and responsive before and though-out our stay.

Great house! Within walking distance to old town La Quinta. The pool and hot tub were great. The house was spacious and well stocked. The only thing I could call out was that it’s obviously a well used listing as outdoor furniture was a bit beat up and parts of the house similar. House was still clean and great thus why I gave it 5 stars. Host was great, I would definitely stay here again.

Great communication with the property manager prior to check-in. The home was in decent condition, however, the walls were scuffed with various marks, there was no air filter on the return vent, cabinets have seen better days, but were useable. Floor was swept, but not deep cleaned leaving your bare feet or socks blackened. I wouldn't consider the home stunning with the obvious wear and tear, but it is still worth staying. The location is close to down-town La Quinta, but far enough away to not have any traffic or noise.

Wonderful property! Beds were so comfortable, everything was so clean and well maintained. The pool looked a bit bigger in pictures but it was still perfect for our girl's getaway. The property was fantastic, just as described. Kitchen was spacious and bedrooms were clean. Didn’t use the hot tub or pool, but app provided on the in house iPad looked easy to use.
