Outdoor spaces could use a little maintenance, the bar area and patio spaces show a little wear and tear but otherwise great place to stay! Close to the hiking trails and was very clean and comfortable!

This was a wonderful experience and we hope to be able to return in the future. Everything was very clean, very cozy and comfortable, and Yvonne, besides being a very responsive host if one has any questions, is clearly the kind of person who anticipates your every possible need: clear instructions, including for the tv, and little extra touches throughout the house to ensure that you will have everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. More room than we needed and had a fully decked out kitchen that was easy to use and clean while we were there. Record heat wave did not faze the AC and the beds were a bit firm but we slept well all week long. Good value, particularly in its location. Very easy access to golf, shopping, dining and nature trails. Would stay here again without any reservations.

Clean, comfortable home in a great location in La Quinta. We used the pool extensively and enjoyed the outdoor patio. House had lots of small amenities so if you needed something, it was probably there. Communication with the owner Yvonne was near instantaneous through the app. Check in and check out were smooth and effortless. Would definitely rent again if the opportunity arose.

Everything was as advertised, my only suggestion is that the lounge chairs by the pool be replaced they are aged out and could possibly cause injury by collapsing.

Thanks for the feedback, Rich. Yes! The desert sun does a number on outdoor fixtures. These lounges are safe as they are made out of metal, but are covered in rattan to present a wicker style, which is peeling from sun damage. We'll get on those! Thanks again for your review.

The attention to detail…everything we needed. Loved having great kitchen supplies, spices etc. a little cold to enjoy the pool, but we lived the hot tub. She even decorated for Xmas…very nice
