Had a great mini vacay with my sister! Quiet and private, house is super spacious our favorite part was the pool of course. Will definitely stay here again.
I loved staying at this property. It was so clean, cute, and relaxing. The pool/spa is a perfect way to stay cool in the desert heat. It is also conveniently located 15 mins from downtown Palm Springs.
Amazy5 nights in Palm Springs with my Sis. The Spa and pool were exceptional, close to airport and downtown and freeway(I-10) TV was basically nonfunctional and in Russian but realized I didn’t need it with stars, books and my computer. Very clean and gorgeous option for your getaway.

The property was so convenient to everything! The house was as described and even more. The view of mountains was spectacular! We’ll be back there soon. Hosts replied timely to all questions. Great vacation spot!
We had an amazing short vacation in this beautiful, clean & luxury house. The host was responding to any questions at the shortest possible time. Extremely satisfied and looking forward to to visit again, thank you
House was clean. Backyard is private with only one close proximity neighbor. Great location to all the places in Palm Springs. Would 1000% rent again. Everything was perfect.
We stayed here a few days prior to my son's wedding and everything was perfect. The house is in a good location. It's clean and the pool and backyard was lovely. Our host, Alexa was wonderful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was going well and to help me with, something left behind afterwards. Thank you so much, Alexa!
We had a great time. Why rent three hotel rooms when you can rent a house for much less, and enjoy a private pool too?! Hosts were attentive, beds were comfortable, home felt spacious. Helpful hints to renters: In the kitchen cupboards we found some basic spices, olive oil, and some coffee (though we brought our own). Didn’t find foil, seran wrap or ziplock bags (not that it’s expected, but it’s nice to know in advance). A/C was great! Plenty of bath and pool towels available. Overall we had a great time!
This house is a great place to stay. We are a group of 4 men aged 37-45 that have done an annual road trip for the last 16 years. We stay in 3-4 different properties each trip. This is in our collective top 5 of all time. So much room. We never felt cramped and having a king size bed in one room was a huge plus. The pool was great and the area was very quiet and peaceful. Only one minor complaint and that was the flight path to the airport goes directly overhead. So you have to head that when enjoying the outdoor space but it wasn’t enough for me to lower my review rating. You couldn’t even hear them inside at all. If I’m ever in Palm Springs again I will be looking for this particular listing
** 4.5 STARS **
We went over Xmas, so expected higher prices.
*The owners* and management were amazing. Hyper responsive, communicative, & kind. You can't ask for better!
*The house* is very clean & simply done. The backyard is immaculate & the pool/jacuzzi were perfect. The jacuzzi heats up very quickly. (we didn't use the pool).
*The Neighborhood* was quiet and there are empty lots on two of three sides, so there's only one 'adjoining' neighbor who was quiet & respectful.
*The Street* seemed middle-class with nicely done lawns and houses. The street one over was a different story and was pretty beat up and a little sketchy, aside from a few really nice STR units that stood out like a sore thumb.
They're also building a new community across the street, so expect some building noises when outside, but nothing crazy. The house is also in the path of incoming/landing planes so you'll have that every hour or so, but again it's nothing crazy.
Overall, it was a great experience and we really enjoyed the house, dealing with management, and our stay.
The only 2 reasons it's a 4.5 & not 5:
1. The two main entryways were a bit old & could have used additional security measures (extra deadbolts/chain locks, etc...). That said, there is an alarm you can use.
2. Extras: There weren't the usual accoutrements we've gotten for other $300+/night rentals. Things like kitchen condiments/supplies, games/pool toys, etc..
Great central spot & house, we recommend it!
Pool was perfect and private. We were in it every day and loved it. It is about 4 blocks from Walmart so shopping was easy. We loved the place and look forward to going back.
Amazing experience. Location is great and in a quiet residential neighborhood. Only about a 15 minute drive to the downtown area. The home is very clean/organized, welcoming, and functional for families. Great open concept living space. All of the bedrooms are a great size and can comfortably accommodate a travel crib. The host has very thoughtfully stocked the home with toddler dishes/cutlery, high chair, and a travel crib. There were even small hotel-style products in the bathroom in case you forget any of the essentials. The backyard is a peaceful oasis. The pool is the perfect temperature and the greenery makes you forget that you’re in the middle of the desert. The host is extremely helpful/responsive and we would definitely stay here again in the future. Only recommendation would be to bring cabinet locks if you have toddlers/small children to keep them out of the lower kitchen cabinets :)
My Stay in Palm SpringsMy overall stay was truly wonderful. The highlight was the exceptional communication with the host—she was extremely attentive, direct, and helpful with every question or concern I had. The place itself was lovely, and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our little summer getaway. It was the perfect local escape. The amenities were excellent and covered all our needs, making our stay even more comfortable. I was genuinely impressed and would gladly stay here again when I return to the desert. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-hosted experience.
This house has a coastal vibe to it. The pool was absolutely amazing, there’s a huge grass space outside so lots of room for people to stretch out and play. The host has pool service twice a week.. It is an open floor plan so be ready for some echo inside. The host is very quick to communicate and correct any issues or answer questions you have. The only issue we had was with the kitchen was definitely lacking in basic things such as baking sheets, pots, and pans, etc. some of the windows didn’t have screens so we weren’t able to open the windows and let some fresh air. The favorite part for my family was watching all the planes fly overhead. We even got to see some military planes doing a flyover. I would definitely recommend this house for a single family.
