Four comfortable and spacious bedrooms. All the common areas - kitchen, living room and pool / patio were nicely sized for a larger group. Entire place was clean and very well equipped (capsule coffee maker, indoor / outdoor dishes, plenty of towels, hand soap, shampoo / conditioner / body wash).

First of all Kirsten was amazing she responded within minutes. The place was perfect for our family. We had 4 adults and 4 little ones . The house was very clean and fully stocked with the essentials. Loved the neighborhood nice and quiet on a dead end street with plenty of parking for guests. I will keep this one on my list for my next trip to the desert . Thanks again Kirsten for hosting our family.

The host was great and the property was as listed. The neighborhood was very quiet, almost too quiet when you have teenagers. The location was close to downtown but not too close.

The property was well represented, We had good communication with the host early after we made the reservation. We got the address and instructions to get in when we learned when it would be available the day of arrival. The host was very accommodating to communicate with the cleaning person for a slightly early arrival. The rooms were all very clean, inc, the bathrooms and kitchen. We had everything needed to be comfortable, cook, eat and drink. Though we didn’t swim, the pool was great. It was near 100 outside, so we enjoyed the back yard/pool in the early or later hours. Only thing we would have liked is the thermostat to remain cool at night. It got warm the middle of the night. (Maybe we missed something in the intro/instruction binder). Our party was very happy with our stay.

Very comfortable. Was never able to connect to Prime video. Beds were super comfortable but the pillows were very lumpy. There’s a leak on the patio from an uncapped pipe. Don’t know if that’s on purpose or not. Wasn’t able to make the jets in the spa work even though we pushed the correct button. We picked the hottest time to go so spent very little time outside. Next time would go in the fall or spring.
