With a stunning view of the San Jacinto mountains, this high ceilings beautiful & stylish Palm Springs salt-water pool/spa home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms; 3 bedrooms have in-suite full bathrooms. Large open kitchen with attached family room; separate dining area and living room with a fireplace. Gated entry courtyard & a 3 car garage. Den located off of the master bedroom which has direct access to the sparkling pool and spa. Pursuant to city regulations, given we are a 4 bedroom house, we are allowed to accomodate 8 overnight guests. However, If needed, our living room has a queen size sofa bed. that may accommodate the 2 additional children under 12 also allowed by the city of Palm Springs. We are a short 10 minute drive from downtown Palm Springs. If you don't feel like driving, Uber and Lyft are the services which are probably used the most by guests and locals. Prices vary according to supply and demand. If you'd like for the pool and spa to be heated, there's an additional $100.00 per day and $35.00 if you would like just the spa heated. No smoking is allowed indoors. No parties or events. Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Thank you very much for considering our property for your stay :)
