Our house is in a mid-century enclave in Palm Springs' "El Rancho Vista Estates."

It has 4 Bedrooms (including a large Master with Sitting Area and private TV), 3 bathrooms, a large pool and hot tub with mountain views, and a fire pit under a gazebo in the yard.

Enjoy a cool martini by the pool, or a warm cup of coffee under the gazebo with nice mountain views!

Desert Oasis Too is located close to the tram, several golf courses (including Escena Golf Club), hiking, downtown shops and restaurants, and several houses on the midcentury modern tour. The home is also walking distance to restaurants, a park, and the famous shows at the Toucan lounge.

City of Palm Springs ID #3157. Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older, per Palm Springs Vacation Rental Code. Per standard practices in Palm Springs, Pool + Spa heat is optional, for an additional cost ($50-100 per day, depending on time.)

Second time back just as great.

This was our second spring break here and it was another wonderful stay. The pool is amazing for kids they lived in it. The house is great for two families and the beds are comfortable. We will be back next year!

Great vacation home

The home was comfortable and easy to stay in with everything we needed at our finger tips. Our hosts were communicative and easy to reach. We had a great time relaxing in the pool and hot tub and enjoying the California sunshine!

Christmas Getaway

Wonderful!!

An absolutely perfect place for adults and especially children. Our 3 little granddaughters spent their days thoroughly enjoying the pool, hot tub, floaties, bikes, toys and more!! The beds were very comfortable and there was an abundance of towels and kitchen supplies. Great location too!! We’ll be back!

Great Family Vacation

The property is set up perfectly to host multiple families, including young children. We loved the convenience if having our own kitchen and laundry and the house was well stocked with everything you need. The backyard is an oasis! We used the pool and hot tub multiple times a day! Would definitely return for another stay.

Family Vacation

Our family vacation at this property was the best ever. All the rooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for a family of Eight! We used the pool and spa everyday. Shamir answered our questions instantly. I would highly recommend this home to family and friends.

What a great spot!

The house was clean. Plenty of towels. The pool and spa and yard were perfect! We used the pool & spa every day. Loved the cabana with gas fire pit for early morning coffee & breakfast with best view of the mountains. 3 full baths felt luxurious. Close to everything. Would stay again!

Perfect for a Palm Springs weekend!

Shamir was a great host and his place was clean and comfortable. The rooms larger than other Palm Springs rentals we stayed at. The master was amazing and had very comfortable bed. The backyard had privacy hedges and a great set up for a relaxing time. Highly recommend!

Amazing home

We are two couples each with a child (3&4 yo). The bedrooms were 2 on one side 2 on the other so there was lots of space between. Pool was amazing, beds were comfy, everything you could need. The garage was full of things for kids, toys, Lego, toddler floaters, bikes and scooters. Lots of towels, blankets, coffee pods, condiments. The hosts were also wonderful to deal with and very responsive. Already booked for next year!

Perfect weekend getaway destination

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely, comfortable home. It was clean, well maintained and clear instructions/labeling for how to use things at the home were provided. We’ve stayed at several Vrbo homes, and this was the first time we literally had no questions with the check in process or how to use things within the home. It was all very thoughtfully and clearly provided. We enjoyed the living space - the kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need to make a great meal and the beds were quite comfortable - which made for great sleep. We also loved the pool area/jacuzzi. Despite it being January, we used the pool and Jacuzzi daily- both were very well maintained. We also had fun with the pool floats- there were many to choose from. The hosts were very accommodating and quickly responded to a request we made. Thank you so much for sharing your desert home with us! We’d stay again!

Pool is nice but I would not call it a luxury home

Pros: Comfortable beds Pool was nice Quiet neighborhood Felt safe Convenient Location Cons: Almost every dish we took out was dirty. We ended up cleaning them all in the dishwasher before using them. There was no dish soap provided, and no kitchen cleaner to wipe down the counters with. There were no trash bags under the sink. We eventually found them in the garage. Two of the showers were very dirty. my daughter-in-law wore her flip flops to take a shower because it looked so dirty in their shower. A/C did not work well in the main living areas. And we had to leave all the curtains closed since the windows aren’t tinted because it made it even hotter in there with them open. In turn making it dark and depressing in the house . At one point all 6 of us hung out in the master bedroom just to cool off. A/C also didn’t work in the twin room. My poor daughter was hot all night long The backyard looked like it hadn’t been attended to for a long time. The chair pads were filthy, no way of sitting out there in the evening to enjoy the fire pit without cleaning the whole area ourselves. They had floaties for the pool but again they were all coated with dirt Pillows were missing from the living room sofa which made it uncomfortable to sit on Bedrooms were very bright in the mornings, they do not have blackout curtains. Sadly we would not stay here again or recommend to anyone

A Wonderful Family Celebration

Welcoming, warm and comfortable. We had 6 adults and 2 teens in our party for 10 days. We were gathering to celebrate an 80th birthday within the family. We had as many as 3 people working in the kitchen, and, being cooperative, didn't get in each others way. Each bedroom has a private indoor entrance and one with an outdoor entrance as well. The beds were comfortable. The back yard was excellent for just what you would expect: relaxing, enjoying the pool, spa and cabana. There were Shag prints among the decor; if you're not familiar, there is a Shag gallery in Palm Springs. There is wi-fi and Amazon TV. The available, fully functional garage was excellent for the Corvette we rented in conjunction with our celebration. We visited at the end of January/ early February. Our concerns over airport noise never materialized. We had a special treat with an Airshow the last weekend of January. Bottom line, we were at home, comfortable, the owners were responsive to our requests, and we will return when another similar celebration occurs.

Roomy Home With Great Backyard

We were a group of work colleagues in town for a conference. All of the bedrooms were big and airy with comfortable beds (the master is like an apartment to itself) but there was also enough public space to meet and hang out. Having toiletries, coffee and condiments already there was a much appreciated touch. Everything was clean and well organized. One of the few places we have stayed that had sharp knives! The pool was clean and of a good size. I will definitely be booking for next year.

Palm Springs getaway

My family (husband, 2 kids, ages 8 and 5) stayed in this gorgeous house for 5 nights with my in laws for a little vacation. We had the best time! The kids loved spending time in the pool (thankfully we paid for heating, as it was in the 60s 2 days). I asked Diana if they had a child floatie at the house, so we didn't have to bring ours from home. She wasn't sure, so she immediately ordered one and it was waiting on the front step when we arrived. That was so lovely of her! The views are lovely from the pool and we had a great time hanging out outside. The kitchen is well stocked, with lots of condiments, seasonings, etc. We really appreciated that, as it's a pain to buy things like salt, oil, etc, to use for a few meals at a rental house. There were lots of games for the kids, which we enjoyed during a rainy spell. They were very well-labeled in the garage. The master bathroom was gorgeous and my kids got spoiled with the heated bidet. :) We absolutely loved the house and will rent it again!
