Kid and pet friedly-renovated modern adobe ten minutes from the heart of Palm Springs -- virtually everything in this house is new. (DOGS ARE ALLOWED BUT NEED TO BE PRE DECLARED & APPROVED). Sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms (all king beds) plus a queen bed in the office/fourth bedroom. Brand new Pool, fire pit, and backyard, 6-person spa, indoor gas fireplace, 3 large smart LED tvs that are internet ready, quartz dining table, large shower in the master, garage, laundry, and outdoor grill and dining for 8 add to the attractiveness of this fully-automated property.

The hot tub is heated and included in the rental agreement price.
The pool can be heated for you at a cost of $100 per day.

Birthday trip

The house is very nice and has a great open floor plan as well as a split bedroom plan. We appreciated all of the great sitting areas. Highly recommend. Host was very responsive and communicative.

Great home, pool and back deck area wonderfulA little loud with plane traffic but most homes we have stayed in (in Palm Springs) are- no fault to home!The house only has 2 showers one in master and one in between 2 other bedrooms so a little hard for our 4th friend to shower- having to go through someone’s bedroom may not work for every group- lovely home- very clean- responsive ownerThank you so much!

Feb winter break in PS

Great property especially enjoyed the patio space with hot tub, firepit, etc. Very quiet safe neighborhood but close to downtown events and dining. Short drive to hiking and golf. House worked out great for us with spacious interior rooms including 4 bedrooms, office area, laundry, and included use of the garage. A few items needed repair and a "how to" book for the unit would be helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING

This property was exactly as described and a perfect fit for our group. Beautiful, clean and spacious with a glorious outdoor area. Minutes from the airport and the convention center and in a wondeful neighborhood. We also loved our property manager and she gave the best dining recommendation!

Very Relaxing

We had a great time staying at this home. It was very hot - 115 degrees! Thank goodness we had a beautiful pool to cool off in. Justin and his manager Judy were available when needed. This is our third time staying here. We cooked most of our meals at the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.

Classic Palm Springs Getaway

Amazing property. Ideal location. Close to everything. Comfy bedrooms with 3 kings! Specious bethrooms with tall vounters. Chefs kitchen. wonderful outdoor space. Sparkling pool and spa. Plenty of outdoor seating. Host was friendly and so easy to work with. Definitely recommended this property!!

We will be rebooking for next year! Power was out 2 nights, from 10pm until 5 and 7 am, for a scheduled outage. I'm not sure if there is a way to let us know beforehand.

great house / great stay / convenient location

The house is lovely and very comfortable, including the beds. Outside seating is plentiful and easy to find either sun or shade. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of glasses, plates etc and is easy to cook in. The BBQ is large and works well. The spa was great and worked well. Dealing with the owner and property manager was easy. Pictures are accurate. Linens and towels were good too. My only warnings would be the pool is expensive to heat and, as the house is close to the airport, there is quite a bit of noise - especially morning and evening as the planes go overhead.

This rental is everything and all that. If there’s one thing I would definitely recommend and that is use less scented laundry fabric softener and soap due many of us are allergic sensitivity. Mark is amazing and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful and relaxing

We wanted to go to Palm Springs to relax, and get some pool/hot tub time. And that is exactly what we got! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The pool was refreshing and hot tub was relaxing! The house was clean and exactly as described. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Marc, the manager, met us at the house for check-in. He was very personable. He showed us around and explained how to work the A/C, the hot tub, the TV, etc. He always responded quickly when we texted him. Looking forward to returning!

Beautiful house

The house worked well for the 4 of us but with a few hiccups: first, the check in communication process could be improved. Since Palm Springs requires, apparently a copy of the renters drivers license, this is some thing that could be done way ahead of time and not at the last minute. there was a power outage while we were staying there, and although we eventually got flashlights after calling the property managers, it would’ve been better to have had those emergency supplies already in the house and noted in the information booklet. Overall, the house is nicely furnished, has a great pool and backyard and is in a convenient neighborhood.

Great layout!

There were 6 of us staying there for a “Mom’s Getaway” and the house layout worked great for our group. Pros: Check-in was so easy and Marc, one of the property managers, was always a quick text away. He was great!! Easy keyless entry with no hassle of losing keys. Plenty of space on the driveway to park our 4 cars and even room in the garage for 2 more that we didn’t end up using. The inside of the house was very clean overall, but some dishes were dirty. No biggie. The furniture and style was very inviting and comfortable. Very updated and felt “new”. The rooms are a nice size and great for families or groups sharing. Great TV’s and wonderful appliances. The pool feels very private and the landscape is very inviting. This time of year the pool gets sun until around 4pm(ish) which is actually nice to have a break from it and swim in the warm shade. Lots of pool towels to use and a couple floats and noodles. The pool man and gardener came while we were there and they both were quick, professional and very respectful. Quick Uber ride into downtown where there are many restaurants and bars. Cons: The pool deck needs refinished or replaced badly. It crumbles under your feet and there are little pebble type fragments everywhere. It is extremely annoying to walk on or touch when in the pool. They also blow into the pool, which makes the pool dirty and rough on the bottom. Both umbrellas were shot and unusable. The patio/pool deck were also very dirty from dirt and dust. I know this is something to expect in the windy desert, but it could have been sprayed off before we got there. It just turns to mud when wet and gets tracked into the house. Could also be prevented with an updated patio/pool deck. Also the front door of the house is so weathered from the sun that all the paint or finish is peeling off and looks terrible. The house looks so nice from the outside until you come to the front door. We would stay again if the patio was fixed, but otherwise would choose another location solely based on that.
