This Palm Springs vacation villa offers an aura of luxury and style with great privacy, custom murals, and new Joybird furnishings, all in a fantastic location. From its colorful Concrete Collaborative tile to the smoked glass mirrored bar, everything about this wonderful home will inspire you to want to curl up on the circle couch with a well-made cocktail in-hand.

Featuring a large private pool and spa, top amenities, and a well-equipped chef's kitchen, this gem offers 2,100 square feet of tastefully-appointed living space to please the most design-oriented guest. The unique Mediterranean-style entry opens on to a beautiful upscale living room with soaring ceilings, a grand fireplace, and a 60' flatscreen TV to make entertaining a breeze. Outdoors, the pool and spa (can be heated for a fee), firepit, and areas for lounging offer everything you need for perfect days of relaxing in the sun or long evening gatherings. And for sleeping options, four private bedrooms offer unparalleled luxury to pamper each guest. The main suite features pool access and a wonderful spa-like bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other three bedrooms all contain king beds as well, so no one will be missing comfort here at Highball House.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Great Palm Springs Pad

We loved our stay at the Highball House! Incredibly spacious layout for our little family and would feel equally spacious for a larger group. Plenty of space to spread out between the inside and outside/backyard of the house. We enjoyed warm days lounging by the pool and cooler evenings in the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and we never fought to use to the bathroom, win win! The location is close to the airport and downtown. We would rebook in a heartbeat and have recommended to our friends.

The house was good, albeit a bit short on dining utensils. The management company is hard to work with, unresponsive, and unreliable with resolving issues.

Great Quality

Great quality The home was very nice, especially for the price. The home was clean and everything worked. The back yard had a nice view and was very well kept. I rented this home for myself and three friends while we attended an event out in the desert. It was a great alternative to a hotel.
