Beautiful property.

Great house with beautiful backyard. Pool, spa, fire table and separate bar area. Fun house, decor was on scale with the mid century modern style.

A darling house in a good location

This house is so cute! It fit two couples perfectly with equal sized bedrooms that had king beds. The kitchen was very well stocked. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub in the backyard. The backyard is huge!The owner/property manager was great with communication and quickly replied to any and all questions! Would highly recommend staying at this property and would do so again if we are ever back in Palm Springs.

Wonderful stay

We had a great experience at this property. We had a group of six for a girls trip. The property was just as advertised, clean and comfortable. The pool, hot tub, and backyard was an amazing retreat. Location was great we were able to walk to downtown. We also got the bikes out, and finding an Uber was easy. Great communication, great overall experience. We definitely stay again and I highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay

VERY clean house. Everything you need. Such a beautiful spa and pool. Quiet neighborhood. Such a cute yard with a giant chess set. We were so close to great restaurants and shopping. Hector also responded so fast with May question we had. We would definitely stay there again.

Long weekend golf outing

My husband, friends, and I enjoyed staying at this home for a long weekend of golf in Palm Springs. The home was comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. We enjoyed the backyard area— spa, sitting by the pool—and the location—near downtown and near plenty of golf courses. The hosts were responsive in their communication and provided clear and helpful check-in information. Access to the home was easy. We would stay here again.

Great Property - Exactly What We Were Looking For

This house was exactly as described. In fact, the owners could stand to update the backyard photos as they have made a number of really great updates that are even better than the pictures in the listing. The location is great. Short walk to local coffee shops and convenience stores. Short drive to downtown PS. Short drive to the PS tram. This home is all about the well-landscaped backyard, the pool and spa, and the views of the San Jacinto mountains, which are phenomenal! There's nothing like a bright, sunny spring day in PS with views of snow-capped mountain peaks.

Fabulous Girls Getaway

I vacationed here for a weekend girls trip to celebrate my birthday. It was everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe and close to downtown and the house was beautiful, cozy and relaxing. The decor was lovely and it was clean and well kept. The check-in process was easy. I love the keypad on the front door. No need to obtain the house key from a lock box which can be a struggle especially if you’re arriving from a late night flight. Hector was responsive and easy to get a hold of. The house had a lot of amenities accessible to the guests, including an easy to operate smart home, heated spa and pool if needed. There were also floats available and even bikes. I would definitely come and visit this house again.

Filled with potential.

In spite of some issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The layout of the house was great. The pool and grounds were well kept. The beds were super comfortable and the location with mountain views were beautiful. Unfortunately the overall cleanliness of the house was not acceptable, there was not a functional table light to be found, kitchen utensils and serving bowls were sparse, the ice maker stopped functioning and operating the cable TV proved to be a hassle. However, with some cleaning and refreshing of furniture and pillows and overall TLC, this property could be a winner. The manager, Hector did everything he could to accommodate us but there were limits.

Great House!

Our group consisted of 4 adults. The house was exactly as listed, clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything that we needed. Pool and hot tub were clean and easy to use. We would absolutely stay here again!

Really great place

This is a wonderful place to stay in Palm Springs. Listing is very accurate. Property managers are easy to work with and responsive. Outdoor area is perfect for doing whatever. And the location of the house is very convenient to lots of places. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. Great outdoor spaces to augment the well appointed inside. Communication was smooth and check in and check out were easy. Would stay again.

Was originally drawn to the listing because of the excellent ratings but this is really an average property, not in a great neighborhood. It's not far from downtown Palm Springs—about a 10 minute drive—but not within walking distance and it seemed a bit transient with an apartment building next door and some vacant lots. The home is pleasant enough but it's pretty weathered from use. The couch is quite worn, the paper blinds don't work and were pretty dusty/dirty and the ice maker in the fridge was not functioning. The hot water heater went out twice during our stay. The host was responsive and had a plumber come out twice but eventually had to replace the entire unit. The host also promised renumeration for the inconvenience but that never materialized. I would recommend more effort in upkeep and the host performing a walk-through of the property before guests arrive just to make sure everything's in order.

A private pool paradise

We enjoyed our stay and loved the outdoor living space with great spa and pool. Private, quiet, comfortable home with plenty of space and well equipped. Only a few minor inconveniences like a broken coffee maker but the great hosts were very responsive and replaced it within hours. Didn’t want to leave! Would recommend for a relaxing get away in the sun with the family.
