Nice sized home and huge pool. Check in was easy, house was clean. I read some reviews that mentioned the furniture was worn out or dirty, We did not feel that was the case. The owner was easy to reach with any questions.Be prepared, the "EV charger" is actually just the dryer outlet, a 10-30R outlet. So you'll need to provide your own charger

Nice place to stay with my family

I will admit, some of the reviews left me feeling a bit nervous about what this house would look like but it was absolutely fine. The backyard was a great place to hang out during our downtime and our adult kids enjoyed the game room activities. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Thanksgiving Stay

We stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday and my family had a very nice time. It was quiet, private, and equipped with what we needed to keep the kids entertained. I love the Palm Desert area over the Palm Springs area, so this is a great spot if you are heading to the area. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Very nice place. Location was fine for us. Lots of quiet time rules after 7pm, but we weren’t there to party, just relax, so not a huge deal. It sounds like it can be/has been a problem for the neighbors so keep it in mind. Nice place overall, host is very responsive.

Amazing pool!!!

We had an awesome time at this property! The pool was amazing, heated and perfect for relaxing. The patio area around the pool was also fantastic, a great spot to hang out and enjoy the sun. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the self check-in process was super easy. The host was incredibly responsive and always replied within minutes. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Golf Trip

Property was clean and out door space including pool and hot tub was fantastic. Property manager was great and had our pool cleaned a 2nd time after a wind storm. Would recommend this place.

Really Awesome Spot

Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. - House was clean - Nice neighborhood - Amazing backyard / Pool area - Outdoor BBQ setup was a hit - Host was quick to respond and was accommodating Not sure we could have found a better spot for our weekend trip! Will definitely be returning!

Amazing backyard!

Our stay was amazing! We spent a lot of time at the pool, swim-up bar, grill, and firepit. The property has a ton of privacy with hedges that completely surround the backyard, and the house had everything our family needed. The property is a quick and very easy drive to shopping, groceries, restaurants and the BNP Paribas tennis tournament in Indian Wells. The host Kevin was very easy to work with and quickly responded to any questions we had. I'd recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, private stay in this location.

Great space for teens

Kids loved all the things to do at the house. Great outdoor space; pool table and basketball game got lots of good use. Kevin was very accommodating and helpful. House was clean but a bit dated. Could use some attention, especially the showers/bathrooms, beds.
