Welcome!

This cozy and relaxing condo offers space and privacy. Open, bright and clean, this condo will brighten your days from sunup to sunset. Indirect morning and afternoon sun give you the brightness you need without the heat! The master bedroom sliding door opens to the golf course and offers a California King bed and private bathroom complete with dual sinks, step in shower and skylight. The second bedroom has a full and a twin bed, with a large sliding glass door to the enclosed patio. Guest room does have a TV with cable and streaming. All beds are super comfortable with the just the right padding. BONUS! Stunning view of the south facing sunrise and sunset from the comfort of the living room or patio. New kitchen appliances and paint throughout. 57 inch TV above electric fireplace offers cable, streaming, HBO and Showtime. For your convenience there is a 2 car driveway and parking on the street. Located in Monterey Country Club with 37 pools and spas,and patio grill. Only 2 miles to famous El Paseo drive and close to the Riverwalk mall. Book your stay and enjoy the most popular community in this vibrant and sunny valley.

I allow pets (huge animal lover) however, you must abide by the rules and pick up after your dog! The association does not allow barking dogs.

Sorry, no smoking of any kind allowed at this property. Cleaning fee will be $250.00 on Coachella and Stagecoach weekends.

Some owners go out of their way and this is one that does. We walked in to soft lighting and music. The condo is clean and tasteful and light, with no harsh sun. We enjoyed both the courtyard and the patio. Lots of extras in the kitchen from coffee to spices to condiments. The gate in the courtyard is sealed well enough so our little dog couldn't escape. Bed was super comfy. Enjoyed watching golfers and walking around the impeccable grounds. Albertsons and Trader Joe's are close by. We recommend Si Bon for breakfast and Grill-A-Burger for lunch, both are unique. This is our 3rd stay in Palm Desert and this condo is our favorite.

The condo was very charming and very clean. Sheryl was super helpful and always responded to questions quickly. I was attending a golf school with a friend and Sheryl’s place was central to getting around in Palm Desert. We always enjoyed coming back to this place after a long day on the golf course. Southern California born and raised. My father always had a condo out in the desert and our favorite one BY FAR was at Monterey Country Club. It has been my dream for many many years to have one of my own. I am finally here and able to share it with you!!!

Why they chose this property

I had my eye on real estate in Monterey Country Club for years. The minute this one came on the market I made an offer. I like the location (close to the clubhouse, etc) and it is open, bright and cheery!

What makes this property unique

My favorite part about this condo is how separate the bedrooms are for privacy. I have just put in all new appliances. I kept the original sink and cabinets, because I thought they were charming.
