The newly tiled downstairs includes a fully equipped kitchen with new Samsung appliances. The kitchen, dining and living space all flow together in an open plan that gives the condo a spacious, light feel and allows for fun and easy entertaining. There's seating for 4 at the dining table so you can easily entertain while you whip up a culinary delight in this well equipped kitchen.



Sink into the new large sofa to watch your favorite shows on the 55" smart TV or just cozy up with your favorite book. Continue outside to your private patio oasis! Dine outdoors under the stars or privately soak up the sun with a good book and cold drink. There is a newly remodeled half bathroom downstairs. The ceiling fans, flat screen TVs, cable service and FREE WiFi will also enhance your vacation experience. The upstairs has new wood flooring and offers two generously sized bedrooms.

Lovely place. It was clean and nicely updated. Location was perfect. We appreciated the extra little touches such as really nice towels, shampoos, gels and lotions. Patio was a bit small and not all that welcoming but other than that it was perfect.

This property was awesome for its location to great shopping, restaurants and various things to do. We could walk to just about everything being so close to El Paseo. The condo was cute and equipped with all we needed, the complex was extremely quiet and the pool was lovely.

Had a wonderful time staying at this Sandroc condo. Well appointed, fully stocked with all necessary things for a short or long stay. We have been to the greater Palm Springs area many times and this property was very clean, has great amenities and its location was ideal for us. Walk to many great shops and restaurants on El Paseo. Already looking forward to returning next year.

Perfect Weekend Getaway Spot

Everything was terrific with this rental and worked really well for our getaway. Although parking is provided, the rental's location was ideal for walking to dinners & shopping on El Paseo. Everything was clean, welcoming and contemporary with a nice floorpan. Beds were comfy, although I really wish there was a King size bed, full just is not comfy for 2 sleepers.

Spring Getaway

My husband and I really loved this Condo. It was recently updated with modern kitchen and bathrooms. The location was awesome; just two blocks off El Paseo for shopping, grabbing coffee, and excellent restaurant options. There is a community pool that was enjoyable. We will definitely be going back next Spring.
