Palm Valley Country Club is one of the deserts premier private resort communities with two 18-hole Ted Robinson designed golf courses on lush green manicured grounds and 24 hour guard gated access. The resort has a stunning 100,000 square foot clubhouse; with a full spa that provides relaxing massage treatments as well as a fitness center with new equipment and a steam/sauna room. The clubhouse also boasts both fine and casual dining as well as a very comfortable cocktail lounge.

We are making our villa at Palm Valley available for both short and long term rentals.

Our villa is light and bright and has been lovingly remodeled this summer installing a gourmet kitchen, bar as well as new flooring in the upstairs bedrooms. The home is light and bright and maintained so this is truly a turnkey property for your desert vacation. As you can see in the pictures the patio is the perfect location for enjoying the view, sipping your favorite beverage or dining al fresco; nestled steps from the sparkling pool and spa while watching golfers try to reach the green after carrying the lake from the 16th. tee of the Challenge course....Yes, very dramatic views indeed!

The villa is an outstanding corner unit with two large bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bath and balcony. There is also a half-bath/powder room downstairs off the living room. The villa has a large kitchen as well as a dining room overlooking the patio. Adjacent to the kitchen is a desk to be able to catch up on email and plan your next vacation. The villa has plantation shutters throughout so you can enjoy the south facing panoramic view of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Should you decide that you need to do a load of laundry for your swimsuits, then use your private laundry room within the villa. Also available for your use is your own private two-car garage to keep your car clean and cool. Located within the garage you will find two beach cruiser bikes as well as a golf cart for your convenience.

I have been going to Palm Valley CC since the late 90s. This unit did not disappoint. Great location for families with the pool being steps away from the unit. Owner was easy to reach and the stay was great.

The property is located in a quiet country club setting and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. As an added bonus it was close enough to Indian Wells Tennis Garden that we could use a rideshare service and avoid the traffic and large parking lots at the spring tournament.

Overall great place to stay with beautiful view from patio and deck. Daniel was very helpful with small TV setup problem. Pool was close. The only drawback for us was proximity to train tracks and freeway, which was a little noisy. Good pricing compared to other units at PVCC. Enjoyed our stay

Wonderful vacation

As two retired couples we look for warm, sunny, beautiful breaks from our much colder winter. We loved the wonderful view from our patio, access to a hot tub and pool and the many activities we found in Palm Desert and Palm Springs. I especially appreciated the ease in communicating with the owner. It was a perfect vacation.

This lovely home had everything we needed or wanted. Check in was easy and simple. Love the door lock system. We woke each day to incredible sunrise colors through the shutters of the primary bedroom. Clean and well maintained. The grounds of the CC are gorgeous!

We loved this unit!

This property was immaculate with all of the supplies and amenities. We have been in 3 other units within Palm Valley Country Club and this was by far our favourite. It has 2 master suites upstairs with views of the greens, the pool and the mountains. Perfectly manicured lawns and flowers are impeccable. The property owner was immediately responsive and we loved the decor within the unit. Definitely 5 stars!!! We will definitely be back and would highly recommend it to our friends!!! John

The pictures don’t do the yard view justice. Pool and spa just a short walk away. Very comfortable unit with everything you need to relax and eat in. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Steve was most helpful and accommodating. Would rent again without hesitation. Just a note, a couple of the dining room chairs need repair, the roller balls kept falling out. Not crazy about carpet in the bedroom bathrooms.

Daniel and his condo are the best!

Not a long review but will say that this was our second time staying here this year. Perfect getaway from L.A. to escape from the hustle and bustle to lay out by the pool and do nothing. It’s literally steps from the patio! This condo has literally everything you could think of needing and many more things you wouldn't have even thought of. Comfy beds and soft sheets! Bikes and a golf cart. So nice!! I've read other reviews about people complaining about the train noise but it didn't bother us at all. It's actually kind of nice to fall asleep to. Don't hesitate to stay here. You won't be disappointed!

Un beau resort ou complexe d’habitation de haute gamme , deux parcours de golf présent, et de bonnes commodités ext .(piscine , spa , tennis etc) . La maison où unité habitable à deux étages était très bien en terme d’inclusions pour le séjour , incluant un garage pour la voiture . Toutefois , le proprio doit être membre au club pour donner accès aux visiteurs au terrains de golf . Seule bémol , une voie ferrée à proximité ( trains à 5hr le matin ) et sur le tracé des vols à l’aéroport local ( plus de vols le WE)

Perfect Holiday Experience

This is a great place to stay! Property is well maintained and up to date. Location, great! Cleanliness, perfect! Added benefit use of two bikes and a golf Cart for traveling through the resort. Pool and spa, right outside back slider. As with previous reviews, there is train noise periodically but this was not any problem for my family. Definitely would stay here again.

Very nice place

I would definitely stay here again. It was very accommodating for my two friends and I. Loved the fact that I could park my car in the garage. And even though the pool to the backside patio was not clean, loved that we could just walk a few doors down to the other pool on Crocus Street. Any contact I made to the owner/manager was reciprocated in a timely manner. Thank you.

From the beginning, our family was started and a lifetime of memories created. As our family grew from just the two of us to then adding two boys, one thing became enjoyed vacationing in places where there was ample sun and fun.

From our first trip to the Coachella Valley in 1991, we have seen the valley grow along with the number of activities that we enjoy doing. In fact, most of the time, a weekend is just not long enough to do everything on our itinerary.

That is when we started planning to acquire a vacation property that our family could call ours for generations to come. The first part of that plan occurred this December 2017 with the acquisition of this condo in Palm Valley Country Club.
