Want to get away from it all? Enjoy the heat and outdoors while in the beautiful and sunny Palm Desert area. Come enjoy your vacation in this private single story 3 bedroom 3 bath (each bedroom with their own bath) condo with a great view of the lake and golf course. There are no neighbors above you! The floorplan is excellent for multi generational or couples use as no bedroom shares a common wall with another and each has its own bathroom. There is a 2 car private garage that is accessed through your private patio in the front. Palm Valley Country Club is a 24 hour guard gated community and one of the premiere clubs in the area. It is centrally located to the freeway, shopping areas, golf courses and restaurants. There are 3 pools within a short walk of the unit that you can use. Come and see why this community is nicknamed the "Fun Club"... Although there are no taxes for a stay of 28 nights or longer, vrbo has no way to remove the taxes from the quote when you see it on line. However, I can remove it prior to booking or refund it back to you as soon as you do a Book it Now. Thanks for considering our property! City of Palm Desert license#STR2018-0245. Weather conditions can change quickly in the desert. Sand storms are known to occur occasionally and strong winds are not uncommon. However, winds are typically not a problem in Palm Valley CC. Summers experience extreme heat well over 100 degrees. Please prepare accordingly. We have a monthly extermination service to keep the desert bugs in check. The golf course typically closes down for re seeding anywhere from late September - early November and late April - early May. This schedule varies depending on weather conditions and timing of the club. Club is private and not available to guests typically. Please call me with any questions.

Neal was a terrific and very responsive host. The three bedroom condo is well appointed and fully stocked for a family stay. He even has a high chair if you need one. The condo is in a beautiful country club with over 39 pools throughout the large and beautifully gardened and landscaped property. The jewel is a semi Olympic sized, warm salt water pool at the club. While the property does not convey access to the fitness, tennis or golf, guests have full access to all pools and the club restaurant. Our family had a lovely stay. Would highly recommend.

This was an excellent location for our group of five. The fact that everybody had their own bedroom and bathroom was so convenient. There was room to spread out and relax. Overall a good stay - there was an electrical issue that Neal was very much quick to respond and attempt to get fixed, it just took coordination with power company and a contractor so lasted a few days, which was a bit of an inconvenience. It's now fixed so shouldn't be an issue for future guests.

Everything was wonderful about this property. The view of the golf course is great. Unfortunately we were there when the course was closed for re-seeding but we knew it was that time of year. This property is very close to anywhere you want to go. We went to the Acrisure Arena, Solano’s Bar & Grill and golfed at the Marriotts Shadowridge all a very short drive. Neal was an incredible host and very responsive.

Why they chose this property

We own 2 other vacation rental properties in Palm Desert vrbo# 511573 and vrbo #753950 and had been looking for one in Palm Valley Country Club. We found this one and knew it was the one after seeing the view.

What makes this property unique

3 Bedrooms all with their own bathrooms! Very unique floorplan within the community.
We love the layout of this unit as no bedroom shares a wall with another. Also, there is no neighbor above you. The patio offers a private view of the golf course and lake. The condo is central to almost everything you would want to go to in the area.
