Perfect spot for a golf buddies trip. Host communication was great and ideal location close to everything. Pool could have been cleaner to be usable but we weren’t there for the pool.

Good price for a nice place. Nothing luxurious, except the massive shower, but everything was very comfortable and nice for our stay

What a great place to stay! I booked five night’s to attend the Paribas Open. It was a 10 minute drive to Indian Wells. Very close to a grocery store, restaurant’s, and bars for a cold beverage. The place has plenty of room, nice water pressure in the huge shower, cold AC, & a full size kitchen with everything you need to cook! I will definitely book again the next time I’m in the Palm Springs area.

Check in was easy, the bed’s comfortable and the towels plush. I assumed that the picture of the pool and house showed our place but the rental is actually a small apartment built on the side. Things needed a little TLC but the place was very clean.

smaller than expected and did not know this was a casita on the side of an existing house. Overall the experience was good, just got confused on the check in and where I was supposed to go. There was a "Welcome" sign, but I still got confused.Place was clean, and Jim and Amber provided a personal phone number to call if I got stuck, that was not needed but was nice to have just in case.

Family visit

We came to visit our disabled son and the property was very accommodating for his need. Also a great feature were the extra outlet extensions in every room.

Quiet spot in Palm Desert.

A pleasant spot on a quiet street close to town. Nice to sit by the pool in the shade or the sun. Nothing to complain about at all. Good value and a very responsive host.

Was a nice little apartment attached to the main property. The place was very cozy and comfy, with lots of character that the hosts made sure to have be part of it. There were some minor things off from listing and instructions (timing of pool cleaning and such) but overall didn't impact our stay at all. This was a lovely place to visit and though the pool was a little cold for November due to how the shade fell, I'm sure that during the summer it would be the perfect backyard to rest and relax in. We really appreciate the hosts letting us stay in their apartment and had a wonderful time in Palm Desert

The unit needed to be dusted, the pool was not usable because the filter was not running and filled with leaves. The Outside furniture needed a cleaning. The entire yard needed to be raked.

Richard, thank you for your honest feedback, we really appreciate you taking the time to share this. What you experienced is not the standard we hold for our home, and we’ve already addressed these items with our team. The unit, outdoor spaces, and pool area are now being more closely monitored to ensure everything is consistently clean, maintained, and fully guest-ready upon arrival. We take a lot of pride in creating a beautiful, relaxing space for our guests, and feedback like yours helps us refine the experience even further. Moving forward, we’re confident future guests will not encounter these issues. Thank you again for staying with us, we really enjoyed hosting you and we even had a chance to chat with your daughter who was elated that you were visiting and considering a move to the desert! Wishing you well on your future endeavors.... Amber & Jim

Awesome place! Very quiet, and clean. Nice having a full kitchen, even though we really didn't use it. The bed and pillows were amazing! It was nice having a pool to ourselves. Extremely relaxing. Will definitely stay here again.
