We stayed here during Stagecoach weekend with our two adult children and one of their friends, and it was the perfect setup for our group. The home offered plenty of space to relax, and we especially enjoyed spending time by the pool overlooking the beautiful golf course. The location was ideal—close to great restaurants and just a short drive to the Stagecoach venue.The owners were very quick to respond to any questions and were great to work with throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the high winds caused the concert to end early one evening, but having such a comfortable and welcoming home to return to made the situation much more enjoyable. We were able to relax, spend time together, and make the most of our trip. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Great place for a family vacation! Large backyard with glass doors that slide open to open yard feel. Pool with hot tub. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The casita is wonderful for some privacy. The owner was incredibly kind and responsive. They made sure all our needs were met throughout our entire stay. Will stay here again.

We had a long 13 day stay in La Quinta - we have stayed in other VRBO’s and really like the La Quinta location. Unfortunately we found many things not working on the property - the hot tub heat function did not work consistently - the operation panel is very old and the led screen hard to read. You need a flashlight to shine into the led screen to see what you are selecting! The house location is great - the house interior is dated (really old fridge that needs replacement) and is in need of some updates to carry the PGA West standard. The TV did not work properly - very old technology that was not stable - the input selection had a glitche and changed the input when you were in Netflix - it was very inconvenient and we spend hours trying to get it to work. The outside barbecue is very old (hard to lignite) and the grill spot light is broken and you need your own flashlight if you are using it at night. The owner was very quick to respond - although - my preference is everything works properly when I arrive. We had some rodent issues in the house - one small mouse in the bedroom area. The pool and hot tub have no lights to turn on a night - that ambience would have been great - however - they have these rechargeable lights you have to put in the pool and hot-tub - but are not the same vibe as having a proper light system for the pool deck, spa and pool. It was a bit of a disappointment for us on this trip and will be reviewing properties a bit more carefully next trip.

We stayed at this property for 5 weeks in January/February 2026. As in most properties, there were some really great things about it and some that, in our opinion, could have been better. This property is in a great location and very quiet neighborhood. We always love the gated community on a golf course. The views from the backyard are stunning. Great view overlooking the golf course with the mountains in the background! This location is in good proximity of the Town of La Quinta with its restaurants, weekend farmers market and annual art show. There are also some great restaurants a few miles away at the Ralph’s grocery store area. Lots of golf courses and hiking available as well. The house itself was comfortable with clean bedding and a comfortable master suite bed. The living room furniture was also comfortable. There were a few things that we would recommend making the stay better. We personally like a bright living area and the pictures indicated this, however, in reality it was not nearly as bright as it seemed from the pictures. The property was generally clean; however, it could use what we would call a ‘deep clean’. The electronic equipment is quite old and could use an upgrade. We would say the same for the blinds in the entire house. We did have an issue getting the spa working properly, however, the host was very responsive and was able to operate it remotely. There were several issues that needed to be corrected and he had a service person attend prompt

Great Property

We really enjoyed our stay here. The layout of the house is very comfortable for 3 couples. There is a beautiful view of the golf course and mountains from the pool area. The host responded immediately to our questions, and we had no problem entering and exiting the gated community. The community is extremely well maintained and is very walkable. We look forward to staying again!

Great family stay

Had the best time. Came with my parents , in laws , my husband and almost 2 year old. The backyard is great, pool is amazing with a shelf that our toddler loved , the view is gorgeous. No chance of golf balls ever hitting you :) our stay was mostly hanging outside by the pool and this house was perfect for that! Will be back for sure !

This property was perfect for our group. We had 3 couples headed out for Stagecoach and the accommodations were just as described. Jeremy was very responsive to our texts and made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The house layout is perfect for couples and family’s. Beautiful setting

Our group of senior ladies love to golf and travel annually to play. We had a wonderful time at this property. We particularly enjoyed the patio, pool, and spa. The golf course setting has a beautiful view we thoroughly enjoyed. Having 3 full bedrooms and bathrooms was a plus for us. There was plenty of space in the common areas. The home is in a very nice, gated community. This is the first time we’ve paid for use of the pool when we rent. It was a hit! And the spa got lots of use. The host was gracious and very responsive to all our questions. We had great interaction from the time we rented, during our visit, and as we left the property.It was a great experience!

Not Worth the Price

Property needs much maintenance and a deep clean. Could not use bedding and towels - so old and didn’t look clean. Owner’s stuff scattered throughout home. Condition of property and amenities do not warrant the price.

First we are very sorry that our home did not meet the guests expectations. In addressing the unwarranted claims here are the facts. We never heard anything about any of this during the guests stay or I would have been there to immediately to address. Maybe we did not get a call because We have brand new bedding and towels in the closets, our property was just fully painted inside and out in June 2022 when it was in escrow to sell and We do not have any personal belongings at the property other than some photos of our family. Lastly, we were the cheapest per night rental after a generous discount when the guest decided to add 2 nights to their stay. We know we cannot make all guests happy, but we do everything we can. If you look at out other reviews none of these issues are ever mentioned. It is safe to say both parties have a difference in opinion which is ok. I have tried to reach out to this guest, but I have not received a response. I am hopeful to discuss this with them to speak about their stay, but i only wish they would have contacted us at check in or shortly after. We take pride in ownership and normally only get great feedback like you see in our other reviews.

Beautiful home & neighborhood - kind owners

A lovely home in a very nice gated community with beautiful views. So peaceful and quiet you could hear and watch the birds. Owner/manager was very timely in responses and very easy to communicate with, which was much appreciated. Check in/out was very quick and easy. Home adequately equipped. We were there is Feb 2020 so the inside of the home was a bit cool most of the time, but we had the ability to turn heat up for a short time, as needed. Spent a considerable amount of time the first several days learning how to heat the pool and spa to our satisfaction but owner patiently worked with us and was able to remotely control pool and hot tub settings, as needed. Pool and spa were working, we just wanted it warmer. An outdoor fire pit was advertised but found out after we booked that it was not working due to a broken gas line, which wasn't yet repaired when we left. Tv's were operable but AV equipment/remotes require some work - for ease of operation. Owner indicated he has a solution for this and will be addressing. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
