Desert Serenity - Private Pool & Spa, King beds

Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, this beautifully designed property features a newly built private pool and oversized spa, perfect for lounging and entertaining. Inside you'll find a pleasant and inviting living space, with a fully-equipped kitchen, and comfortable living room. Each of the bedrooms is tastefully decorated with cozy beds and plenty of storage space.

The home is laid out as follows:
- Master bedroom: 1 Cal King bed, daybed (twin or extendable to king size), 65" 4K Smart TV, two large closets
- Bedroom 2: 1 Cal King bed, 55" 4k Smart TV, closet
- Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed, large closet
- An additional twin bed with foldable frame located in master bath closet

Our home is equipped with many modern and easy to use features to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Features such as:
- BRAND NEW Private pool and oversized spa
- Outdoor gas grill, fire pit, and stylish outdoor furniture under a covered patio
- Remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and Nutri-bullet blender
- Three 4k Smart TVs
- Keyless front door entry
- Free in-home washer and dryer
- Free WiFi
- Two car garage

There are tennis courts and a gym available in the community. A guest card is required and located in the tray at the front door entry. Please return them to the tray when not in use. It is $50 to replace lost cards.

Guests must enter and exit the community from the front gate located on Monroe St (48630 Monroe St, Indio, CA 92201). From there - you can use your navigation system to find the house.

There is no street parking allowed. Guests may park up to 4 cars on the property (2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway).

Unfortunately, due to the high cost of natural gas, a charge is necessary to heat and use the hot tub and pool. Cost to heat only the spa is $30/day. Cost to heat the pool (spa included) is $80/day for the first night, then $30/day consecutive days after. In the summer (June - September) prices are 50% off. Please let me know if you would like the pool warm when you arrive so I can pre-heat it for you. Guests will be responsible for turning the spa heater on and off. Maximum 87° for the pool. I do not build pool and spa heating into the nightly price due to guests who prefer not to heat the pool or spa.

The house was exactly as described - clean, spacious, and very well maintained. From the moment we arrived, everything was organized and ready for our stay, making it easy to settle in and relax. The layout provided plenty of room for three adults, and the accommodations were comfortable and thoughtfully equipped.The pool was a huge bonus, especially since the weather was warmer than expected during our visit. It quickly became a favorite spot to cool off and unwind after a day of work. The outdoor area was just as enjoyable as the inside of the home.Everything in the house was in excellent working order, and it was clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining the property. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to book this home again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and well-appointed vacation rental.

Cole is a great host and we were very comfortable in the house! Location is fantastic and great amenities with the pool, spa and fire pit. Some areas are a little worn down but I have a feeling the place rents often so just general wear and tear. Overall it was clean. Highly recommend!

The air conditioning wasn't available when we got there and we had to write about it, at which time it was turned on. Why couldn't we just turn it on ourselves? There were no table knives, just forks and spoons, and few of those. We were supplied with only bath towels - no hand towels or wash towels. The patio furniture was filthy, covered in dog hair and huge stains all over - not usable.

Hi Susan, I apologize that your stay warranted this poor rating, but I want to clarify a few things for prospective guests. I responded immediately when you asked how to use the thermostat, and any other questions you had. It was set to heat only by the previous guest who checked out before you, and all you needed to do was change the mode from heat to cool. My guests have full control of the thermostat. I also had instructions how to do this in my house manual that has other instructions of the amenities. My housekeepers provide bath towels for each bed, pool towels by the patio wall, wash towels in each bathroom, and paper towels for the kitchen. Lastly, the outdoor patio furniture does get dirty from the sand/dirt in the desert winds. My housekeepers routinely clean these to maintain their appearance. However, they were dirty, but not stained. I have instructed them to increase their cleaning schedule for the cushions. Once again, I apologize you did not enjoy your stay enough for me to earn a more positive review. I feel my previous reviews better reflect the typical quality of stay of my guests.
