This gem is ready and equipped for family fun, featuring an enclosed backyard and a private pool with a new outdoor seating area. When you start to work up an appetite, fire up the private gas grill for a backyard barbecue. Keep the party going outside around the outdoor firepit when the sun starts to set. If you want to up the ante, head into the converted garage game room for some friendly competition. It was recently upgraded with a new pool table, or you can work on your alignment on the practice putting green, go head-to-head with a few rounds of Ping-Pong, or duke it out on the Capcom Street Fighter video game console. Giant-size Connect 4 and Jenga are also available.

The open-concept interior features strong natural lighting and modern essentials, including central air-conditioning, WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The full kitchen is well-equipped for home cooking with a brand-new fridge and stove. A built-in breakfast bar, dining nook, and formal dining table offer options for where to enjoy your meal. Great stay

Went here for my birthday. The house was a great size to accommodate everyone. Even in the heat storm the outside temperature reached 118 degrees and it was still nice and cool inside. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great property! My family enjoyed our stay here...it had a pool and a game room. It was extremely hot during our stay and we didn't leave much (other than to get food/eat out) because we were entertained with everything in the house. It was relaxing and enjoyable! Will rent again!

The home was no-frills and got the job done for our group of 7 guests for Coachella weekend. The outdoor space was nice in the evening and morning when we were home. The garage play area space was a really fun place to enjoy hanging out with friends.

Property is Nice. Game room is an excelent addition whit its own A/C. Exelent family weekend. Just as a sugestión. Checking in. And out could make your trip better y there is more flexibility. Specially checking out little later than 10 without being chargex extra by Vacasa

Issues with Vacasa

We loved the location, the saltwater pool, the garage game room (nice touch!), and it’s on a cul-de-sac which is perfect for kids scootering and playing. No need to pay extra to heat the pool. It’s already 80°F. This house is NOT in a gated neighborhood or HOA, like Vacasa says. Late checkout is $85 for 4 extra hours. Not worth it. Communicating with Vacasa is difficult. People give you different answers to the same question. They do not communicate through VRBO.

House was nice but definitely needs upgrading - VACASA HARD TO DEAL WITH

We had a nice stay at the house, but there were several things that were wrong. I emailed Vacasa customer service, but never got a response. Mantle above fireplace is not secured, my friend hit her head and piece fell on her foot :(. Dishwasher leaked (and garbage disposal broken), water all over kitchen and a kid slipped and fell. AC kept going up to 86 degrees on matter how many times we reset it. Some of the furniture was broken and uncomfortable (couch and dining chairs). Dog poop in backyard. Broken glass under couch outside. We did like the property, especially the game room! But some of things need to be addressed asap.

Worst VRBO/Vacasa Rental Ever

Vacasa is worst rental company ever. Rented unit thru VRBO in 3/22 or occupancy 1/23. They turned over to Vacasa. Day of check in they called and advised unit not available due to water damage from unit above. (There was no unit above the rental). We had driven 17 hours so accepted other unit. Not in gated community, not on golf course, no coffee pot, only plastic bowls and dishes not microwave or dishwasher safe, dog outside next door barked 24/7. After 5 days of barking dog, asked neighbor at 10:30 to take dog inside. She called me every filthy name and said I was a %$&*( renter and had no business asking them to take dog in. Next morning Vacasa called and said I should not harass neighbors - should call Vacasa. I apologized,and told him I would call him. He suddenly reversed position and said Vacasa had no control over neighbors. If i had issues, call authorities. A few days later, we put out garbage. 8:30 at night hear noise outside and see same neighbor overfilling our garbage cans with their garbage. Left voice mail and emailed Vacasa. No response. Vacasa called day before our checkout date, said unit was rented for that day and we needed vacate immediately. Told him check out date was next day. He said look in system and will see date is today. Sure enough, Vacasa had changed date in system by 1 day. Told him I would send him 3 different emails from Vacasa with tmr as check out date. Asked him call me when resolve. Never heard from. Can't believe VRBO deals w
