Early Check-in/ Late Check-out:
Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is no later than 10:00 am. If we can accommodate earlier check-in or check-out times, we will do so. Our goal is to provide early check-in options whenever possible. Kindly inform us of your preferred check-in time, and we will make a note of it in your reservation. As your check-in date approaches, please contact us to confirm whether we can accommodate your request. Please be aware an additional fee for early check-in may apply.
Where is parking permitted?
Parking is only allowed in the garage and the driveway—a maximum of 3 cars.
Do we allow pets?
Yes! We welcome your fur babies! A $50 fee is assessed per reservation per pet (maximum 2 pets weighing a maximum of 45 lbs.)

Pool Heating:
Pool heating is available to 85 degrees from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm for an additional fee ( 2-night minimum). If you would like the pool heated, please contact us for pricing.
How often is the pool cleaned?
The pool is cleaned on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Your peace of mind and the safety of your children are our top priorities. To enhance child safety, pool door alarms are installed to provide an extra layer of security and alert you of any access to the pool area. Not engaging the pool alarms is a risk to the guest on record. The Sundance Inn does not assume any liability due to the non-use of the pool alarms.
For outdoor enjoyment, we provide plastic and paper dishware and glasses. Please note that for safety reasons, glass and ceramic items are not permitted near the pool area.
Spa:
There are three spas located within the community to be available for our guest to use. The closest spa is .3 miles away and is about a 5 to 6 minute walk from the property.
Is the property located on a golf course?
Please note the home is located on a golf course. While our guests are enjoying the views or watching the golfers, please be aware on occasion a golfer may hit an errant ball onto our property. Please note we are not responsible for any injuries or damage inflicted by a golfer.
Do we allow smoking?
Smoking and vaping are only allowed outside. Ash trays are provided.

Guests are granted full privileges to enjoy the complete residence, including the house, garage, driveway, pool, spa, patio, and backyard. Furthermore, guests are also provided access to the Lifestyle Center, which boasts a range of amenities such as three pools, spas, a fitness center, bocce ball, tennis courts, and pickleball courts.
Guests who furnished us with their vehicle's license plate information may access the community through any of the three entry/exit points, which are located on Avenue 48, Jackson Street, and Monroe Street.
