A lovely experience - cottage is around three miles into the forest so as long as you are prepared for that, this is a lovely place to stay. There are many walks and bike rides direct from the cottage. Tony was very helpful for routes and advice, also bike (and trailer) storage available. Cottage was clean and comfortable, plenty of wood fuel and hot water. We really enjoyed our stay, especially meeting the lovely owners, farm dogs and animals.

Great stay at the pig sty

We had a fantastic stay at the pig sty. A beautiful conversion and very comfortable. The owners are lovely and very friendly and comfortable. Unfortunately the communication from cottages dot Com was very poor and we did not receive directions to the property which cannot be found by post code on google maps. The owners said they had also tried to contact cottages dot com with no joy and were very disappointed in them. However, we cannot fault the accommodation, area and surroundings and owners as they were all fantastic!
