Villa Lake & Sea lives up to its name, perfectly positioned between the tranquil lake and the shimmering sea in the picturesque village of Tersanas, Akrotiri, Chania. Just a short walk away, guests can reach a secluded sandy cove with turquoise waters, as well as a nearby traditional taverna, ideal for relaxed seaside dining.


This three-level villa spans 250 sqm and features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests in beds, with 2 additional guests welcome on the family room sofa. The villa is conveniently located just 1 km from Chorafakia, where guests will find all essential amenities, including a supermarket, pharmacy, and local shops, ensuring a carefree and enjoyable stay.
