Εξωτερικά υπάρχουν 2 μεγάλες ιδιωτικές βεράντες με ωραία θέα, περίπου 60 τ.μ. συνολικά. Είναι διακοσμημένο με γούστο και χειροποίητα αντικείμενα από τους ιδιοκτήτες του σπιτιού! Παρόλο που βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του χωριού, η περιοχή είναι πολύ ήσυχη! Το σπίτι και ιδιαίτερα η βεράντα είναι ιδανική για να χαλαρώσετε και να απολαύσετε το φαγητό σας ή να πάρετε έναν υπνάκο στον καναπέ! Απέχει μόλις 4 χιλιόμετρα από τις τουριστικές παραλίες του νησιού. Υπάρχουν 2 μικρά μίνι μάρκετ, ταχυδρομείο και δημόσιος χώρος στάθμευσης 100 μέτρα μακριά από το σπίτι. Ένα αυτοκίνητο ή ένα μοτοσικλέτα είναι απαραίτητο για να απολαύσετε τις ομορφιές και τις παραλίες της Νάξου.

Fantastic property with a lovely host

My friend and I stayed here for a couple of weeks while visiting Naxos. The apartment was beautiful, as was the surrounding town and countryside. Kostas was a wonderful host who told us just about everything we could ever need to know about the island as soon as we checked in. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay in it again!

The perfect place to enjoy Naxos

If you choosed to go to Naxos don´t miss the opportunity to stay at Nikoletta´s House. The house is gorgeous, ans the peple who leave there are so great! We spend a really good time there in a nice village. Kostas and his wife and his daughter will make your tile there wonderduk.

I was born in Athens, and I studied civil engineering. My mother is from Naxos and we used to come to Naxos every Easter and the whole summer time! I work and live permanently in Naxos since 2014.

I holidayed in this location since I was born! I love this house because me and my wife put a lot of personal work and taste on it!

What makes this property unique

The house is decorated with good taste and handmade objects made from the owners of the house! Even though it's situated in the centre of the village, the area is very quiet! The house and especially the veranda is a pleasure to relax and enjoy your food or to take a nap at the couch of the patio!
