The quiet landscape of the natural park of the Sierras Subbéticas welcomes this holiday villa in between the cities of Cordoba and Granada, near the main road that leads to the most important landmarks of this region of Andalucia. The two-storey country house is entirely characterised by rustic final touches, which enhance the rural atmosphere you will soak up during your well-deserved holidays in this area of the Cordovan province.

The first floor of the villa welcomes one bathroom with shower and three bedrooms with air-con and two single beds each. In one bedroom you can also add an extra single bed. On the ground floor, you will find the other two bedrooms of the villa, both furnished with one double bed each, and one bathroom with shower that is adapted for people with reduced mobility. Regarding the cosy living area, you will find comfortable sofas, a dining area and a picturesque fireplace in the dining-living room, and a fully-equipped semi-independent kitchen to complete the ground floor's facilities. The five bedrooms and two bathrooms of the villa are all provided with heating.

The lovely outdoor area features a nice enclosed patio where an outdoor table and parasol are located; the rest of the area welcomes a spacious porch with a dining area, a covered BBQ and a fenced private pool. Here, you will find comfortable sun loungers and parasols that will shade you from the hot sun rays when the temperatures rise. The views of the surrounding hills are the icing on the cake, as they enhance the authentically rural atmosphere that you will enjoy during your whole stay.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit unseren fünf Kindern! Der Garten mit dem Pool ist sehr schön, das Haus kühl (ideal wenn es heiß ist) und geräumig, alle Außenanlagen laden zum Entspannen ein! Sie können vom Haus aus spazieren und wandern, indem Sie sich inmitten von Olivenbäumen, wilden Blumen und Bächen einen Weg bahnen. Dies war ein ausgezeichneter Kompromiss zwischen Besuchen in Cordoba, Granada und näher gelegenen Dörfern und Ausruhen am Pool. Die Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich und nett!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind zwar nur spanischsprechend, aber sehr freundlich. Wer einen ruhigen Ort sucht ist jedoch nicht zufrieden. Das tolle große Grundstück liegt leider direkt an einer befahrenen Landstraße.
