Little Gem in the heart of Polis

This 2 bedroom villa with a communal pool, a large walk in wet room, internet and all Uk TV channels. Fly screens to all windows, Ceiling fans in all rooms, new air conditioning units which give you cool for summer and warm for winter.
Tastefully decorated, comfortable and modern. You will want to come back for more.
The large terrace with gas BBQ and outside furniture leads straight out to the pool area where you will find sun beds and parasols for your use. The house is a short walk to all the shops and restaurants.

The best ever place we have stayed

This little gem was exactly that, The house was perfect in every way, location,comfort,cleanness,the owners were so helpful and friendly and I can honestly say they thought of everything to keep their guests happy and also the welcome pack was a god send. Cant wait to come again and would highly recommend to others.

Great property. Kim could not have been more helpful. It was very clean and really quiet. Most times i had the pool to myself. It was very well equipped, Kim had thought of everything. We will definitely be back.

Paradise in Polis

Just returned from a month long stay at this perfect house in the sun. Everything was perfect the house was immaculately cleaned, well located and stocked with everything needed down to a note book and pen for your shopping list. Kim was the perfect host always available and attentive. I know Kim hosts other property’s be assured if it has Kim Poulter’s name behind it be confident the property will be of a high standard. We will be in touch with Kim regarding advise on other property for next year as I think the little Gem in Polis is going to be extremely popular next year. Many thanks Kim for a wonderful holiday.
