Characteristic villa immersed in the green of the Mediterranean scrub ideal for a holiday of the sea, sun and tranquility.
The house has a living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom and kitchen. It also has a large garden equipped with table and chairs.
It is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and reserved parking space.
The accommodation is part of the beautiful residential complex called 'RESIDENZA LA CICALA'.
The sea can be reached on foot, in 5 minutes, thanks to a path interspersed with stairs that leads to the coastal road and continues up to the rocky beach.
The center of Castro Marina, with its splendid little square, is about 400 meters away but it is possible to find bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Grocery and pharmacy are a 10 minute walk away.
In the typical small port in the center of the town you can rent scooters, bikes, pedal boats and boats and you can book boat trips to explore the splendid coast and the suggestive Zinzulusa and Romanelli caves.
Castro is located in the center of the Salento coast, in a strategic position to visit the most renowned places in the area. Otranto and Santa Maria di Leuca, with their beautiful sandy beaches, are about 30 minutes away by car. The splendid Lecce, the capital of the Baroque, and Gallipoli are about 45 km away.
The nearest airport is in Brindisi, 98 km from Castro. In the airport there is the possibility to rent a car or take a shuttle to Lecce and then continue by bus to Castro.

Location très fonctionnelle dans un très bel environnement

Maison bien aménagée avec une terrasse magnifique ombragée par des grands pins ce qui permet de prendre tous les repas dehors sans parasol. Un havre de paix et de fraicheur à 2 pas de la mer. Il manquait seulement des fauteuils confortables et Luisa nous en a procurés dès le lendemain. Très bonne adresse avec une hôtesse très sympathique.
