The apartment is at the ground floor of a new building in a very quiet domestic area of Glyfada. It’s located just 1.5 km from the sea and the beach, 2 km from the center of Glyfada, 1.5 km from the metro station Elliniko, 700 meters from Glyfada Golf Club, 25 minutes from the center of Athens and 30 minutes away from the airport of Athens. Glyfada area is one of the most famous suburbs of Athens and it is very vibrant all year long. It has many shops, restaurants, bars and it’s just a few steps away from the beach.
The apartment is beautiful, very luminous and all the furniture & decorations are carefully selected to make you feel like home. The apartment can accommodate 4 guests and offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 WC, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining area, a small gym and a large balcony overlooking a beautiful and very well-tended garden. The balcony is ideal to enjoy your breakfast in nature and maybe also enjoy the company of our very friendly and cute cats.
The apartment features Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances, heating, dishwasher and washing machine, air-conditioning, a smart TV and some gym equipment to stay fit during your stay.

Very clean accomodation, I mean spotless.High level of comfort (good beds and sofa's).Very generous welcome package.Everything you might need in the kitchen and bathroom is available and more. Fantastic spacious apartment

Fantastic spacious apartment with a nice veranda and green garden with different fruit trees. Perfect for family with teenagers as the two bedrooms are remote from each other on different sides of the apartment.We also appreciated that all equipment and the “small supplies” like dishwasher tablets, (washing machine) detergents, shampoo etc where already there.So thank you Cryssa for our lovely stay!!Highly recommended!

Perfect rental close to Athens and the coast

We had a lovely stay in this apartment it had every amenity required. The hosts were extremely generous with snacks and drinks on arrival - which for us was an evening arrival and greatly appreciated! We walked to the station and got the excellent train service to the Acropolis twice. We also took the tram along the coast which is an alternative route into Athens. It was about 20 mins walk to public transport but we were fine with this and didn’t use a car! They also have an equivalent to an Uber service and lots of reasonably priced yellow taxis if you can’t walk to the stations. I enjoyed running around this lovely safe area (which also has a lovely golf course) and down to the coast - my favourite place to swim was Voula. I would recommend this apartment which we all thought was perfect! The hosts were extremely helpful and hospitable, even the cat was charming! Thank you Chryssa!

Très bel appartement avec très bon équipement, dans un beau quartier à proximité du métro ligne directe au centre ville - et de même proche de la mer. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et merci à Chrysa pour son très bon accueil!

Gorgeous Apartment

The photos don't do this property justice. We've stayed at numerous properties all over the world and this place ranks in our top five. The space is decorated with taste and class. The kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of dishes and silverware, glasses of all kinds and enough cooking equipment to cook a meal. Bed was comfy and storage for clothing abundant. The bathroom was luxurious and included shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Qtips/ear buds, cotton balls, make up remover pads and even toothbrushes and slippers. It was relaxing to sit on the patio and enjoy the green space of the yard/garden. We were welcomed personally by Chrysa (who lives in the building) and she had a welcome basket of assorted snacks and some beverages in the fridge for us. The apartment is in a residential neighborhood so it's nice and quiet. There is a grocery store about a 15-20 minute walk away and a mini mart within about a 10 minute walk. There is a bus stop right around the corner that can get you to the tram or the metro. Otherwise, a taxi to the nearest metro station is 4 euro.
