Beautiful luxury apartment of 65 m2 in a chalet in the heart of the resort, completely renovated, it has two 2 charming master suites and a sleeping area on the mezzanine. No need for a car during your stay, it is ideally located, 1 min walk from the Tourist Office and Place de l'Atmosphere, 6 min walk from the cable car / or 1 min walk from the ski free bus. All you have to do is put on your skis to join the gondola! And enjoy the entertainment in a calm and green environment.
DETAIL OF ACCOMMODATION:
For the enjoyment of young and old, the chalet has a private garden for all co-residents of around 600 m2. Do not hesitate to make snowmen, or battles in the garden!
The apartment is located on the ground floor, garden side and has a beautiful private terrace of 15 m2 where you can enjoy watching your children or your companion safely playing in the snow while having a mulled wine comfortably installed.
The apartment is flooded with light with its 10 meters of picture windows to contemplate the landscape. Its orientation is full South and West you can watch the sunset over the Aravis.
Our apartment has been completely renovated with noble products: 65 m2 OF HAPPINESS, a multitude of storage will fill you. You will feel at home.

Other free places are available at the entrance or in the village. The gondola complex (ski slope) is accessible on foot or by free ski bus if the heart does not tell you to walk a few minutes.

ACCESS / TRANSPORT:
From the A40 motorway direction Geneva - Chamonix, exit 19 "CLUSES-FLAINE-LES CARROZ"; Take the N205 towards Sallanches for about 3kms. Take on the left the D106 (well maintained) regional road of Carroz d'Arâches - Flaine. After 12 kms of climbs you arrive at the entrance of the village. Turn and pass the tourist office, then immediately take the first road on the left. You will find the chalet opposite its front door, the Residence des Rousseroles. The apartment is accessible from the garden side.
A40 at 15 kms - Geneva Airport at 55 kms - Cluse SNCF train station at 20 minutes (shuttles and taxis available)
