This elegant and bright three-bedroom apartment is located on a quiet
street in the city center, a few meters from the most prestigious and
elegant shopping streets of Sitges and just a five-minute walk from La
Fragata beach.

Located on the second floor of a traditional building, this apartment
with capacity for 6 people is a wonderful option to relax and enjoy the
best of the city.
The living room is warm and colorful and invites guests to unwind after
a day exploring the neighborhood, with a comfortable green sofa and two
leather armchairs adding a touch of modern elegance to the interior. It
is the perfect place to share a drink or coffee with family and
friends.
In an almost open concept style, we flow smoothly from the seating area
to the spacious dining room that features a large outdoor terrace
overlooking a street with many restaurants to choose from and open to
all tastes, from Mediterranean styles to fine dining cuisine. fusion.
If you prefer to dine indoors, the fantastic L-shaped kitchen will do
wonders. It is fully functional with integrated oven and microwave,
dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. Beautifully designed in a vibrant
palette of orange and red tones to make cooking a joyful experience.
The entrance hall is wide enough to leave suitcases without getting in
anyone's way. Continuing down the hallway, we find a small room with a
washing machine and dryer. There are 3 double bedrooms, all with large
built-in wardrobes. Two of them are the same size and have two single
beds each, while the third is a master bedroom with a double bed. They
all share a bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet, decorated with
paintings and a small library.
There is air conditioning, heating and wi-fi Internet connection
throughout the property. To the rear of the apartment there is another
terrace with no views and a laundry room.
