The 59 m² flat is tastefully furnished and fully equipped, situated on the beachfront, with wonderful views of the sea and the garden.
It has two double bedrooms, and a capacity for 4 persons, spacious and comfortable living room, bathroom and beautiful balcony with direct views to the beach and the sea.
Terrace 4 m² terrace with furniture, iron, safe, unlimited internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning, communal heated swimming pool, open air parking in the same building, 1 Smart Tv, satellite Tv with languages: Spanish, English, German.
The semi-independent kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer and kitchenware.

Lovely apartment with a gorgeous balcony and view over the ocean

Lovely apartment with a gorgeous balcony and view over the ocean. It was spacious enough for four people, very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. The location is good too, it&#39s quiet but close enough to Las Palmas and Maspalomas. Two supermarkets and restaurants are only 10-15 minutes away on foot. Would definitely stay here again.

Muy buen lugar para pasar unos dias de descanso y tranquilidad con amigos o pareja. Tiene una piscina preciosa que da con vistas al mar y la zona ea muy tranquila. El apartamento es muy fresquito y se agradece, y esta todo equipado y limpio.ha sido un placer pasar una semana alli :)
