This apartment offers a lot of light. The master bed room and the kitchen & dining area are connected by a large terrace and the living area and the second bed room are connected by a big patio. The living area is equipped with 2 sofas. There are 2 TV units with satellite in the living and master bedroom and the apartment is equipped with internet. To access the apartment there is a small staircase and hence you have a nice privacy over the street.

The Bahía Feliz urbanization is located at one side of a large bay with a nice beach which is equipped with sun beds, a beach bar, a beach volleyball and a windsurfing centre with SUP and ocean kayaks. There is also a nice shopping center with a variety of good restaurants of different tastes which are located around a Spanish plaza and there are also several supermarkets opening 7 days from 8-22h. The hotel which is located in the center of the urbanization has a modern spa center with sauna, a sports swimming pool, a gym, a tennis and a paddle court. All the facilities are of the best categories and there are very interesting offers for all tastes. The entire urbanization has a 24-hour surveillance service.

Most of the time there is enough parking right in front of the apartment and Bahía Feliz which is located in the south of the island at the entrance of the tourist area is very well connected as you can easily take a public bus to the tourist centers of Playa del Inglés / Maspalomas (20min bus / 10min car) and Puerto Rico / Mogán (40min bus / 20min car) and also to the capital of Las Palmas (40 min bus / 30 min car).
