Pleasant stay

We enjoyed our stay very much and had a good rest. If you don't want to go on a beach holiday, El Tablero is a very good starting point for exploring the island. Jorge gave us a very friendly welcome and introduced us well to the flat. Thank you very much and all the best.

Elegant apartment

Communication with Jorge was easy and friendly. Appartment was very clean and spacious. Huge private terrace was perfect for sun bathing. Big supermarket is very close. Would definitely book again.

Pleasantly surprised

When we arrived at front door of a small Spanish town we were shocked but that was down to me not reading it wasn't a tourist town but we soon got over it and enjoyed our 10 day stay with a 45 foot terrace facing the sun all day with a well equipped kitchen.it would have been nice if it had UK TV or even Netflix when we came home at night but we survived.They did have good security and underground parking if you needed it so thumbs up

We stayed in el tablero btw 11-25th March 2023. the purpose of the stay was to stay in an authentic town not a tourist town. the town was "different" as i hoped it would be. the people were friendly spoke little if no english, however we got by. Main shopping was fine with numerous small supermarkets availble for urgent needs. The property was excellent with 2 bedrooms, 2nd a lot smaller than the main bedroom kitchen & utilities was excellent. 2 parking spaces in garage and no noise from neighbours. on a recent trip at a tourist apartment we had neighbours from hell, this time our neighbours were 5 star. Host was excellent available if needed but not required as the property was 1st class. Many thanks Jorge. Brenig

Appartement in El Tablero

Das Appartement ist wirklich schön. Auf der Terrasse lässt sich schon morgens schön Frühstücken. Die Sonne ist den ganzen Tag da. Die Umgebung ist einigermaßen ruhig und man hat viel Privatsphäre. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Matratzen leider etwas zu hart. Praktisch war die eigene Garage mit direktem Aufzug zum Appartement. Wir würden dort wieder Urlaub machen. Danke auch an Jorge.

Super: Wohnung und Terrasse wirklich toll (wer allerdings auf der Terasse Ruhe sucht ist hier fehl am Platz). Der Lärm von der Straße stört schon sehr. Tiefgarage super, Supermarkt in 200m Entfernung, Jorge ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Ob zu Fuß, per Bus oder mit dem Mietwagen, von hier aus konnte man alles gut erreichen, was Gran Canaria zu bieten hat. In der Garage im Untergeschoss war der Mietwagen gut geschützt unterzubringen, die Terasse bot wie die ganze Wohnung viel Platz. An Weihnachten und Silvester draußen frühstücken oder den Abend ausklingen zu lassen, war bei angenehmen Temperaturen möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie in der nächsten Umgebung der Wohnung sind empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Feeling like at home

This beautiful penthouse apartment really leaves no wishes nothing unfulfilled. The stylishly furnished apartment is very clean and is very well equipped and of high quality. The highlight is the huge roof terrace, which invites you to relax. Also great that you had an under-ground parking space. Shopping facilities & restaurants within walking distance in the immediate area, it could not be better. On top a great and sympathetic welcome: Dear Jorge, we have felt like at home and will be happy to come back again.

Eine superschöne Wohnung mit einer tollen Dachterrasse. Perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Authentische Restaurants in direkter Nähe. Gute Nahversorgung.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Located in a residential area of GC but only 5 Euro's to get to the tourist hotspots. Friendly check in , thank you Jorge and everything there in apartment to have a wonderful chilled out holiday. Loved the large private sun terrace. Large supermarket just 100 metres away. Amazing local restaurants and although we could not speak a lot of Spanish local shops went out of their way to help. Recommend Atlantida Restaurant for amazing steaks and melt in mouth chicken dishes. Pizza Restaurant just up road is excellent but advise to book table as it is always busy. We hope to come back as totally loved it.

Geweldig appartement. Volledig ingericht. Jorge is een grote hulp bij problemen. Top kerel! Groot terras, spijtig lelijke omgeving! Op een paar minuten van Maspalomas met wagen die noodzakelijk is.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr liebevoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Sie ist komplett ausgestattet, wir haben rein gar nichts vermisst. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Die Lage ist auch perfekt und Geschäfte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Es war alles perfekt, vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Verabschiedung. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Spacious apartment in the middle of the town

We enjoyed the comforts of a well-equipped apartment in the middle of bustling El Tablero, which resembles a small town with shops and restaurants at just a few footsteps' distance. Yet there were no disturbances. We got all the assistance we needed quickly and in a friendly way.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist groß und hat den ganzen Tag Sonne. Von Oliver wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und zur Berüßung gab es einen tollen Obstkorb und eine Flasche Wein. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Fantastic Apartment

We stayed in this apartment in El Tablero for 9 nights. What a great choice we made! It is clean, homely and comfortable, really well equipped and the terrace is great, a real sun trap. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine came in handy after being on the beach. Oliver was very friendly and helpful and kindly provided a welcome fruit bowl and wine. These little touches can make all the difference. El Tablero has shops close by and the beaches are a 10 minute drive away. Would recommend this apartment to couples and families.

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage. Supermärkte sind Fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr groß, sonnig und windgeschützt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Für Babys und Kleinkinder aufgrund der Ebenheit sehr gut geeignet. Dies jedoch angeben, damit ein Babybett bereitgestellt wird. Wir würden immer wieder dort Urlaub machen. Am besten einen Mietwagen einplanen. Zum Strand sind es 4 km
