Wonderful house in a luxurious complex in Puerto Rico. The house contains everything you need, plus a beautiful pool. Puerto Rico is one of the most popular resorts for families in Gran Canaria, and it is not surprising, as it is known to be the sunniest spot on the island. The attractive marina has a respected sailing center. There is a wide variety of water sports offered from the beach, including water motorcycling, sailing, diving, sport fishing and windsurfing. Great communication and ease of booking.Lovely place with great pool and super location being close to Mogan Mall’s shops and restaurants but also only a 20min walk to the Puerto Rico beach and harbour.Would highly recommend.

Nice location
Duplex needs updating bath unsuitable for bath chipped and stained, couch flaking badly, chip pan filled with used oil jars with dregsi of coffee and sugar would not stay here again we had nice neighbours
Apartment suited us perfectly. Jose was there at check in and was very helpful. Stayed for 12 nights over new year, family of four, our first time in Gran Canaria.
Great location, 10min walk to supermarkets, 15-20mins walk to beach. Good sized rooms and garden, pool very cold, otherwise very pleased with accommodation. Lots of nearby walks, places to visit. Buses easy to use so no need for car.

This was our second holiday at El Valle residential apartments. This apartment was excellent and really enjoyed our stay there. It had all the equipment we needed and in good condition. The cleanliness was very good and an adequate amount of bedding. There were lots of towels all nice and clean and fresh. The beds were relatively comfy, for us having 2 double beds would have suited us better but realise that families would need the 2 singles in one of the bedrooms. We also liked the odd bits of culinary items left by previous renters such as a salt/sugar/oil and some water. There is nothing worse than having to buy all these minor bits and pieces when the owners insist on stripping the cupboards back to nothing before you leave then the next tenant having to buy the same things again. We will definitely go back to this apartment, it is the best on that complex we have stayed or looked at. In November when we went the sun only hits the garden area in the afternoon but this meant we just went to the pool area for sun in the morning. Beware the pool looks fantastic and inviting but the water can be somewhat refreshing! The only other concern with this complex is there are around 210 steps down to the shops etc and probably around a 1.5 miles to walk to beach. This was not an issue for us and we loved the walk although the steps could be tiring after a hard day on the beach/bar. Therefore it is not pram friendly or if you have health problems you would need to use a car or taxi.

Auflagen der Liegestühle waren stark verschmutzt und zerrissen.beistelltische waren kaputt und rostig auch der Wäscheständer war verrostet. Zwischen Rasenteppich und Platten war voller Unkraut und Ameisen. Küche war soweit ok.Decke im Zwischengeschoss/Treppenaufgang:Es bröckelte von der Decke, was nicht nur unschön sondern auch potenziell gefährlich ist. Die Handwerker mussten zweimal vorbeikommen, um Reparaturen auf dem Dach durzuführen. Schöne Zeit
Im großen und ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Polster im Garten bzw. Terrasse und das Sofa könnten mal erneuert werden. Haben Handtücher darauf gelegt. In der Küche haben wir erst mal die Schränke aus und abgewaschen, sowie den Kühlschrank.
Das Gefrierteil haben wir nicht benutzt, das gehört aber auch dringend mal gereinigt. Da wir 5 1/2 Wochen dort waren, war das aber kein Problem, schließlich putzt man zuhause ja auch. Das ein Tiefgaragenplatz dabei ist finden wir super. Außerhalb einen Parkplatz zu bekommen wäre nämlich recht schwierig. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt ( ist sehr kalt) außerdem ist uns das Meer eh lieber. Ansonsten alles gut, kommen gerne wieder.

La propriétaire Paula très gentille accueil parfait la maison tout est fait pour manquer de rien.
La résidence propre par contre point négatif pour lesquels nous reviendrons pas la piscine gelée seul les pigeons en profitent.
Nous avons dû payer un endroit où la.piscine est chauffée impossible de rentrer dans celle de la résidence. J'ai entendu que les propriétaires de la résidence le demande mais sans succès.
Séjour très agréable, l'appartement est très bien équipé et très bien situé. Vis à vis se trouve le Mogan Mail avec pleins de boutiques et un supermarché. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
La dueña nos atendió estupendamente, estuvo pendiente de nuestro bienestar, incluso varió el chek in y out según nuestras necesidades sin coste alguno. Disfrutamos mucho del apartamento y la zona.
Die Ferienwohnung entspricht weitgehend den geschilderten Beschreibungen, verfügt sogar über zwei Tiefgaragenstellplätze.
Es gibt allerdings noch Verbesserungsbedarf:
Die Außentür in der Küche ließ sich nicht abschließen.
Die Fernseher liefern nur spanische Sender.
Besteck und Geschirr waren zahlenmäßig etwas spärlich.
Wesentliche Anmerkung: Das Objekt hat keine 135 qm. Innen sind es rund 62, der nicht überdachte Außenbereich verfügt über 45 qm.
Insgesamt haben wir aber einen erholsamen Urlaub in Puerto Rico verbracht.

Eigentlich haben wir nur einen Parkplatz. Es ist ziemlich groß, aber es ist nur einer.
Wir haben die Küchentür überprüft, sie ist in Ordnung, wenn sie irgendwelche Probleme hatte, hätte sie uns benachrichtigen müssen, und wir hätten das sofort geklärt.
Wir glauben, dass für zwei Personen genügend Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden waren, aber wir werden das berücksichtigen.
Wir nehmen Ihre Bemerkung sehr ernst und werden sie beim nächsten Mal berücksichtigen.

Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. De keuken is zeer goed uitgerust met allerlei apparaten en er waren volop handdoeken aanwezig. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad.
