Finca Artemi is a lovely Canarian styled farmhouse in the mountains of Ayagaures. A cyclist delight only 20 minutes away from Maspalomas and all the hustle and bustle of the city. Breath-taking views over the Ayagaures valley; nested in serenity, peace and tranquillity; with only fresh air to breathe. This stunning farmhouse was re-built on the ruins of an ancient canarian prehistoric nomadic house. Over 10.000,00m2 of land and 500,00m2 of usable terrace area with a magnificent private crystal blue pool. The main house consists of a large living room, two bathrooms and two large bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to five people.

Finca Artemi villa

Only here a few days. Had to collect keys from miles away, asked to leave them in the garage, but that was locked. Property supposed to be for five, yet not enough crockery or cutlery. Very small living/kitchen area, again not enough room for five. One of the toilets wouldn't flush. Information about nearest shops, places of interest, restaurants and bars would have been good.

Ongenodigde gasten in zwembad

Bij binnenkomst was het huisje niet schoon. Overal mieren, tandpasta resten etc etc etc. De bedden waren niet verschoond. Al het beddengoed was omgedraaid met vlekken. De kussen hadden nog afdrukken van make up en haren. Geen glazen, niet voldoende bestek. Het was zondag dus weinig op dat moment aan te doen dan op zoek naar schonere kussens. Uiteten gegaan omdat de vaatwasser stonk en de BBQ al maanden niet was schoongemaakt. Bij terugkomst vonden we ongenodigde gasten in het zwembad. Overal waren kakkerlakken in het zwembad, rond het zwembad op het trappetje. Ze kwamen in grote getalen uit de kieren van het ondergelegen privé gebouw van de eigenaren. De kakkerlakken hadden een geweldige poolparty, lekker zwemmen, voortplanten en geluid maken. Ze waren overal waar je keek. We zijn de volgende dag vertrokken uit gezondheidsredenen. Dat is niet makkelijk om een ander onderkomen te vinden in het vakantieseizoen op een eiland. Nog even voor de duidelijkheid, ik raad het zeer af dit huisje ooit te boeken. Mocht je het toch overwegen omdat je denkt dat het een rustige locatie is, er zit een restaurant onder het huisje, het is het laatste huisje naast meerdere woningen en en zijn meerdere quadroutes rond het huisje.

Hervorragend, aber Ausstattung ausbaufähig.

Ein hervorragendes Objekt in wirklich einmaliger Tal-Lage. Wie beschrieben, in dem Canyon ein bisschen isoliert aber gerade deshalb beeindruckend. Wenn jetzt noch mehr als fünf Bestecke, Gläser, etc. zur Verfügung stünden und ein Handwerker die Sanitäranlagen und Küchenmöbel optimieren würde, wäre das Objekt perfekt.
