It feels quite recently renovated. The kitchen is very well equipped and has been combined into the living room - great for making meals - and has a large dining table with very comfortable seats. All very clean. Aircon in both the bedroom and living room work well, although it's easy to open the large sliding doors in the evening for a while to bring in the cooler evening air. The nearby hotel is very loud in the evening when they have their singers etc but they stop fairly early.
