This small flat is well located: you can get to the beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants by feet in less than 5 minutes.
It is equipped with all you need and is very clean. Also the residential area is high class with a nice pool, parking lots and well handled garden all around it. Though it is very close to the centre it is calm and cozy.
On top of that the owner is very kind, helpful and is available all the time when needed.
All in all we can really suggest this apartment for young couples (totally forgotten: it's gayfriendly!!!) and we are looking forward to our next stay.
Great 1 bedroom apartment in a central location for beach
The apartment is perfect for us as a couple with all the equipment required for day to day living. It is situated in a well maintained complex in a good location with direct access via private gate onto the promenade walkway. There is easy access to the beach and many restaurants. It is 5-10 minute walk to the bus station and although we only used it once it seems a good service and staff helpful. We felt very safe in the area and would certainly book again. The owner was easily contactable and provided any information required as did Luis the concierge.
