Beautiful bungalow in Playa del Ingles, finish renovating in the beautiful resort SUN CLUB, with heated pool, internet fiber optic (30 mb), near the shopping center, supermarket and restaurants. Very well connected and with large garden and terrace with loungers for sunbathing or enjoying the outdoors, the bedroom has a bed of 180 cm., It is very comfortable to relax and at the same time be close to everything. Normally you can easily park on the street for free. A fifth person can be added if it is a baby that sleeps in a crib.

A Central Oasis

Just returned from a short break at Maria’s beautiful property. Maria arranged for us to be met at the entrance to the complex and shown to the property. Everything was better than as described, a very well equipped and comfortable property. All local amenities are within a few minutes walk. We will be back!!!

Top Ausstattung

Das Apartment ist sehr gepflegt und top ausgestattet. Es gibt Geschirr in ausreichender Anzahl, eine Menge Küchenutensilien und sogar einen Staubsauger. Auf der Terrasse kann man wunderbar essen oder sich in den Liegestuhl legen. Das einzige Manko ist, dass man wenig Privatsphäre auf der Terrasse hat, da es kaum einen Sichtschutz gibt und das Apartment sich gegenüber des Einganges der Anlage befindet, an dem andere Gäste häufig rein und rausgehen.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Ferienhaus ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Anlage ist schön und sauber. Die Dünen von Maspalomas, Restaurants usw. fussläufig zu erreichen.

Erholsamer Urlaub in Las Palomas

Der Bungalow war sehr schön eingerichtet und gepflegt. Auch das Ein -und Auschecken hat sehr problemlos funktionniert. Der einzige Mangel war ,dass die Jalousie an der Terasse sich nicht herausdrehen ließ. Die Vorrichtung hierzu war defekt. Schattig wurde erst nach Sonnenuntergang.

Schöner Bungalow im Sun-Club. Tolle Ausstattung und alles sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants direkt in der Nähe, Strand 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Korrespondenz mit Maria hat jederzeit perfekt funktioniert. Werden wieder kommen.

Muy bien todo, tal cual se ve en las fotos,incluso mejor ,limpio y con bastantes detalles de menaje , nos sentimos como en casa.Muy tranquilo y bien situado . La atención de Mari Paz ,aunque no la conocí,muy bien . Lo recomiendo .

Sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnanlage und Bungalow

Die FeWoAnlage ist sehr gepflegt, der große Pool im Herzen der Anlage lädt auch nicht Wasserratten zum schwimmen ein. Der Bungalow mit der Terrasse ist renoviert, auf dem neusten Stand und auch sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Bungalowanlage liegt in einer sehr schön angelegten Gartenanlage.

Haben schon häufiger Urlaub im Sun Club gemacht, der Bungalow von Maria war mit Abstand der best eingerichtete bezüglich Geschmack und Interieur.

Sehr schöner Bungalow

Uns hat der zweimonatige Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Der Bungalow ist schön eingerichtet und hat zwei sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Das Schlafzimmer ist gross, das Bett sehr bequem und man kann in sehr leiser Umgebung bestens schlafen. Das Haus steht im Sun Club, einer traumhaften Anlage mit vielen Palmen und einem sensationellen 50 mtr Pool, der im Winter zwischen 25 und 28 Grad warm war. Man ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuss an den Dünen und in der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles perfekt!

Toller Bungalow in einer superschönen Anlage

Der Bungalow ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es mangelt an nichts. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß. Die Lage kannten wir bereits, die Anlage selbst noch nicht. Es ist bisher die schönste Anlage in der wir waren. Es ist wie in einem botanischem Garten. Der Pool ist super zum Schwimmen, durch die Länge (lt google maps 50m). Das Internet im Bungalow war super, was für mich sehr wichtig war, da ich HomeOffice von dort aus sehr gut machen konnte. Der Bungalow liegt nahe am Eingang der doch sehr großen Anlage, was eigentlich sehr praktisch ist. Wenn es uns wieder möglich ist, werden wir gerne wieder kommen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Der Bungalow ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Maria ist eine sehr gute und engagierte Gastgeberin, die uns freundlich empfangen hat. Mit Kleinigkeiten, wie zum Beispiel einem gefüllten Obstkorb, hat sie uns direkt eine Freude gemacht. Bei Fragen war sie jederzeit für uns zu erreichen. Was die (sehr gepflegte) Anlage „Sun Club“ betrifft, wussten wir was auf uns zukommt. Ich war bereits in meiner Jugend mehrmals dort. Der Bungalow liegt an einem der Eingänge, so dass man schnell einen Supermarkt, Bäcker etc. erreichen kann. Den Weg zum Pool schätze ich auf ca. 250 - 300 Meter, das hat uns nicht gestört. Wir hatten trotz Corona einen sehr schönen Urlaub und kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Zu dem Bungalow und auch zu Maria haben ja alle meine Vorschreiber schon berichtet. Und ich kann alles bestätigen! Wir waren 9 Wochen da und es hat uns so gut gefallen dass wir nächstes Jahr wiederkommen werden! Man muss sich aber rechtzeitig darum kümmern, denn der Bungalow ist sehr häufig ausgebucht, besonders in der Saison. Echt ein kleines Juwel in Play del Ingles/Maspalomas.

Wunderbarer Bungalow in parkähnlicher Anlage

Der Bungalow ist wunderbar und praktisch eingerichtet. Die elektronischen Geräte sind alle hochwertig ( z. B. der Induktionsherd, der Kühlschrank, der Fernseher). Viele nutzbare Kleinigkeiten sind vorhanden, z.B. Toilettenpapier, Tabs für Spülmaschine, Shampoo, Waschpulver. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt.

nous avons surement trouvé la meilleure location de tout maspalomas. Le logement est extrêmement agréable et parfaitement bien équipé ! La résidence est très calme, très propre, très bien entretenue et bien située. très bon contact avec Maria qui est très disponible et accueillante, nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location.
