If you are looking for a quiet place where hiking or trekking through a wonderful natural landscape, this apartment is the right choice for you!



The big holiday apartment “Casa Simone” is in an amazing and sunny location, overlooking the Gardalake and the imposing Monte Baldo mountain.

This property benefits of a terrace without lake view and of an outdoor patio with furniture, perfect place for sunbathing.



Immersed in the nature, this holiday rental presents itself divided in 4 separate apartments ( Luna , Sole, Stella and Infinity): each one provided of its own private terrace.



HOLIDAY APARTMENT STELLA:



it is located on the first floor, next to the Luna apartment, and offers space for 4 people. It consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a bright living room with fireplace, sofa bed, integrated kitchenette and dining area.



It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.



The apartment has a private balcony and direct access to the well-kept common garden with olive trees and a barbecue area with garden furniture.



The satellite TV and WIFI access will also allow guests to enjoy comfortable comforts from home even during their stay.



In a few minutes, by car, you can reach the center of Tignale with its supermarkets, bakeries, cafes and restaurants while the lake is about 5 km away.



Our guests enjoy a series of advantages such as:

• Free shuttle bus to the beach (round trip) every day from the shuttle from 10 June to 10 September

• Baby parking for children from 6 to 12 years

• Entrance to the public swimming pool of Prabione (about 3 km from the apartment) - from June to August

Tolle und ruhige Lage. Netter Vermieter und kompetenter Service bei Garda FeWo (Anna und Co.) Backofen wäre schön. Duschkabine etwas undicht. Bei starkem Gewitter drang Wasser durch die Terassenfenster ein. Haus ziemlich hellhörig, man hört sehr laut wenn in der Wohnung darüber (Infinity) Stühle oder Tische gerückt werden - hier würden Filzgleiter helfen. Einfach unter Stuhlbeine und Tischbeine kleben, fertig!

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Zufahrtsbeschreibung, Empfang, Einweisung und Wohnung waren zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Der Blick auf den See hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Zufahrt zum Haus sollte man vorsichtig angehen (steil). Die Ausstattung der Wohnung enthält alles was man braucht. Waschmaschine ist in der Garage vorhanden. In unmittelbarer Nähe ein kleiner Laden und zwei Gaststätten. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt. Zustand des Gartens ist verbesserungswürdig. Insbesondere die Pflege der Terrasse, der Gartenmöbel und die Bepflanzung der Blumenkübel haben uns nicht gefallen. Ebenso haben wir Hinweise auf Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe und auf das Touristikbüro im Nachbarort vermisst. Eine Senderliste für den Satelitenresiver, gestaffelt nach Nationalität, wäre auch vorteilhaft. Ablauf-Verschlüsse im Waschbecken und Bidet müssen eingestellt werden. Wäschetrockner für jede Wohnung oder Wäschespinne im Garten wären empfehlenswert.

Entspannter Aufenthalt mit 2 Hunden in geräumiger Ferienwohnung mit Panoramablick

Ferienwohnung hell und geräumig, Gartenanteil und Terrasse gerade mit Hunden sehr schön, Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Tür zum Garten geht teilweise nicht mehr auf. Wine Abgrenzung der Terrasse zum weiteren Gartennanteil wäre gerade bei Hunden vorteilhaft.
