Seaview Luxurious Apartment near Corfu town is a modern, well-decorated, one-bedroom apartment, located three kilometers away from Corfu town. Its elegance makes this place ideal for spending some rejuvenating and relaxing time. Brand new furniture and modern electric devices offer to our beloved guests the luxury and conveniences for unforgettable moments. At a distance of 150 meters from the property, you can enjoy a relaxing walk by the sea.


It can accommodate up to 3 guests. Guests over the age of 21 years old are welcome!


It consists of one bedroom, a spacious living room accompanied by the kitchen, one bathroom with hydromassage and a WC. The apartment is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Both bedroom and living room are air-conditioned. A/C and WiFi access are offered for free to our guests. In the walking distance of 50 meters, there is a free private parking. It is to be noticed that the road from the parking to the house is a bit steep with inclination.


In the bedroom, two guests sleep on a beautiful king bed. The presence of white color provides guests with relaxation and tranquility. A closet and a 32 TV are also placed in this room. Linens and bath towels are provided for free.


In the living room there is a cozy sofa-bed, where the third guest sleeps. In this spacious room, there is also a modern dining table, where guests can enjoy their meals, a 40" Smart TV with Netflix service to watch your favourite programs and a soundsystem.


Kitchen is equipped with all the kitchenware needed to prepare a meal. A ceramic kitchen with oven and a dishwasher are some of the conveniences provided. You will also find an electric kettle, an espresso machine and a toaster. All new and modern!


In the bathroom the walk-in shower, with the rainfall hydromassage will offer to our guests precious and relaxing moments. Bath soap and shampoo are provided. A washing machine is provided in the WC.


The terrace with the garden is furnished with a dining table and sunbeds, in order to offer to our beloved guets precious and unforgettable moments.

Notice: We kindly inform you that environmental fee will be collected upon check-in at the property. For stays between 01/11-31/03, the amount is 2 euros per night. For stays between 01/04-31/10, the amount is 8 euros per night.
