About this property

Immaculately appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach condo with all the amenities necessary to have the perfect vacation. Completely redecorated in 2016. Open floor plan is great for family gathering and has plenty of seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils and appliances, including a pantry. The spacious master suite has a queen bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and dedicated master bathroom. The mermaid bedroom has two twin beds and a flat screen TV as well. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bath is located in the hall, easily accessible by the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The front porch is fully furnished and is a perfect place to relax or take a nap. The condo is equipped with a full cable package and Wi-Fi. There is adequate parking underneath the condo. The condo is located 2 blocks from beach with public accesses at both cross streets. ****Please see rental agreement for detailed cancelation policy. Check out date must fall on a Saturday or Sunday, unless booking for more than a week.

Summer breeze

We really loved staying at this place. It is only a short walk with provided equipment to beach. Property owner was vert helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Would recommend this to anyone who wants a relaxed beach ⛱️ stay in Kure Beach.

Great location, lovely outdoor deck!

Awesome outdoor space, deck area with ample seating that had a secure gate so our 2 year old was safe from stairs. Great outdoor shower and area to rinse off all your beach equipment. Lots of seating in unit and 3 bedrooms and living area all on one level.

Great spot close to the beach!

We had a great stay at Marcia’s condo! My husband and I stayed here with our two kids and my in-laws. The condo has a great layout that allowed for adults to socialize after kids had gone to bed. We stayed in the master suite and put a pack n play in the giant walk-in closet (there would have been plenty of room in there for a twin bed even!) Kitchen was really well stocked with utensils, kid plates, pans, etc. The property was about a 4 minute walk to the beach (with kids). We were so grateful for all the beach gear she allowed us to use in the carport closet— tons of sand toys, plenty of beach chairs, scooters, umbrella, and carts to take them all to the beach. The outdoor shower/ hose area was so helpful, as well! Thanks for a great week!
