1) Fully furnished well maintained property located on the hilltop . It's a peaceful area and the entire property is surrounded with beautiful green trees all around it ..
2)This property is just 2 and half kms away from mall road shimla ( 10 min drive to Auckland tunnel , lakkar Bazaar Shimla)
3) Cooking facilities available onsite (fully furnished kitchen with all necessary equipment like microwave , refrigerator, LPG gas , gas burner, toaster, water purifier, geyser, microwave dishes, utensils, glasses and necessary supplies for cooking are provided )
4) Food available on order between 9am till 9pm. But it's required for the order to be placed atleast 2 hours before.
5) Complementary breakfast is available on the first day ..
6) Taxi services are available on order on site and even pick up / drop in services are available from the airport and Bus stand but " please note :that the extra charges will be applicable on that for these facilities "
( However it cost around between Rs 500 /--- Rs 800/- ( 7 to 12 dollars ) from ISBT bus stand Shimla to my apartment in a private taxi and it's almost 30 minutes ride . the taxi or any car come right upto my apartment though.
From the airport it may cost around 1500 rupees ( 22 dollars) approx more or less , since the journey is going to be for 24 km , it may take 1 hour approx ,depending on the traffic though
The beauty of my apartment is that , from the city center , Auckland tunnel/ Lakkar Bazzar / Mall road ..it just takes 25 min to reach by walk , but then one can always choose to opt for a taxi though at a charge of 150 rupees (2.11 dollars) one way and is easily available both ways on order and will take not more than 6 to 10 minutes either way
the best thing renting out this property is that my apartment which is located on the topmost hill from Mall road ( city center) and is just 25 min by walk or 6-10 min drive by cab/ taxi to the city center )
7) Separate and private Bonfire facility is available onsite ..but it's located outside within the premises connected with the apartment.
8) Daily needs can be collected personally from the nearby market ..just 10 min walk from the property

10) Sleeping facility is available even in the common private drawing dining room area ...in sofa cum bed .. 2 sofa cum bed in the common room and a beautiful unique designable dining table set that can accommodate four people at once
11) One big spacious sunny bedroom facing the veranda/ garden which comprises upon with one double bed with 2 high quality mattresses, bed sheets, fluffy and comfy pillows and with woolen blankets. ALSO there is another sofa cum bed with pillows and woolen blanket to accommodate another person . Others including 2 side tables with beautiful table lamps, 32 inch LED TV ,a spacious closet and one heat pillar
12) This property has 2 bathrooms . one full bathroom which is fully equipped and is attached withe bedroom and another half bathroom but fully equipped is attached with the living room.
13) A supervisor will be available anytime within that area for any kind of immediate assistance..
14) separate private parking facility is also available on site ..
