About this property

Our two bedroom penthouse is located in a beach front complex in Puerto de la Duquesa with direct access to both beach and marina.
It has two bathrooms, one en suite, a fully fitted kitchen and a living room opening onto a sunny terrace with panoramic views of the sea, Gibraltar and Morocco on a clear day.
The accommodation comes with air conditioning, a communal WIFI in the complex. It has also IPTV with BBC, ITV, channel 4 & 5 channels, underground car park with allocated space and 24h security.
The complex enjoys two swimming pools with direct access to the beach
