Welcome to the beautiful spring feed Orr Lake dream. The home is brand new that was completed in Jan 2017 by the owner himself. You will enjoy the beautiful sun rises and sets with the southerly view on the covered porch. The house is conveniently located 20 minutes north of Barrie and makes an easy commute to Toronto. The ski hills of horseshoe valley and Mount St. Louis Moonstone are within 15 minutes and snowmobile trails are within minutes. Midland in 15 minutes north for all your shopping needs. There are many activities in all seasons for your enjoyement of just relax at the lake, swim, fish and enjoy an evening fire.

Why they chose this property
This property was an old cottage a few years ago. With the help of my father we tore the old cottage down and built this little piece of heaven. Most people on the lake are cottagers so it is very quiet during the week and off season. You have everything at your fingertips to make this is the best vacation possible.
What makes this property unique
Shallow sandy/silt bottom that you can walk out a few hundred feet. 30 foot dock to tie your boat up or the canoe that is provided. Trampoline to keep the kids outside and busy. The covered porch is the perfect place for your morning coffee. When its bright out you can watch the fish swim by the front of the dock.
