Quiet house not overlooked

This house is perfect for families and groups of friends who want to enjoy a quiet stay, with the charm of a house in the country and with an ideal location to visit the different places on the island.

It is a farm where you do not have neighbors, so you can enjoy your tranquility and privacy, taking advantage of the outdoor areas completely for yourself, whether it is having a barbecue, sunbathing or reading a book in the shade of a tree or umbrella.

At the same time, the house is located 5 minutes from Manacor, the largest city in this part of the island, and 35 minutes from Palma, the capital. You will be close to beaches, supermarkets and ultimately in an ideal location to explore the island. The house is in the countryside, so you will need a car to get there, since the closest public transport stops are in the center of Manacor, less than 10 minutes away by car.

If you are looking for luxury accommodation, if you are going to be scared if you see a cat or a beetle around the house... this is not your place. You are in the countryside! My grandparents were farmers and my father grew up here. He is a doctor, in winter he studied medicine on the mainland and in summer he got up early to milk the cows and help with the rest of the farm tasks. The house still preserves period furniture and exudes the charm and peace of places with tradition.
