Available for month to month rental. Comfortable and cozy lakehouse on large lot one hour drive from Atlanta. 2 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen including dishwasher, microwave. Also, gas grill, and washer/dryer. Sleeps 8 (2 kings, 2 sets of bunk beds). There's Wifi and a flat screen (Roku) TV. Picnic table on the patio, and a table and chair set on the deck. Swim at the sandy bottom beach and off of the deep water dock. Kayaks available for use by renters. Groceries and restaurant nearby. Short drive to Covington and Monticello. If our place is confirmed not available, our calendar will be blocked. For available dates, please send an inquiry.
