Beautiful, family friendly 2 story condo in gated, well-maintained community. Features 3 bedrooms each with their own full bath: 2 bedrooms upstairs each with queen beds; downstairs bedroom has double bed with twin rollaway trundle.

Spacious living area with open kitchen concept with powder room and sleeper sofa. 60in. Flat screen with Roku. Modern kitchen stocked with dishes, pots, pans, glassware, utensils, coffee maker, keurig and toaster.

Washer/dryer. High-speed cable Wifi (but no cable television). Common area includes pool, grilling area, sand volleyball and basketball courts.

Clemson Cutie
Great unit! The bedrooms were all a nice size and each had a bathroom which was key. The Clemson theme throughout is perfect. Brianna is a great host and easy to communicate with if I had any questions.

Perfect place for a Tiger graduation weekend!
We stayed here for our daughter's graduation weekend. It was close enough for a walk to her apartment at UCentre and to bars/restaurants on College Ave. The condo is clean and the kitchen is well-stocked. Thank you!

Stay in Clemson
The property was in a great location (very close to campus), and was very clean, cozy and welcoming. Also, the host was very friendly and responsive. Overall, the property was great and I am definitely planning to book it again on future visits to Clemson.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this adorable condo! We couldn’t be more pleased with the decor, cleanliness, and spacious room that accommodated my family who came for the spring (orange/white) football game and our daughters’ ring ceremony! Will definitely be back!

The Spirit of Clemson!
What a great Condo! Entire house is decorated with the colors and pictures of Tiger Country. Each room has its own design. Very well kept and stocked with all your out-of-town needs met. Very clean and spacious. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a taste of clemson. Location is great too.
