Wonderful spot for a family visiting Clemson! There was no water in lake due to drought but homeowner let us know in advance - if that is important to your stay, be sure to ask. House was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Hope to visit again!

Everything about the house was as advertised. The Lake was not up by the house just due to recent drought but the owner of the property called very early on into our booking and told us this and was very accomidating with anything we needed. Would 100% suggest this location to others and am planning on actually staying at this location again if it is avalible

This lake home was amazing! I loved the personal touch by the host. She left a s’mores kit and a handwritten welcome note. We were not able to enjoy the dock because of low water level due to the drought. But the home made up for that. It was very pet friendly. Would stay here again if in the area.

The property was well maintained and as advertised. VERY dog friendly and anticipated puppy needs very well. Bedrooms were spacious. Kitchen was well stocked. The living room was a little “cozy”, but as expected from the pictures. Wish the drought hadn’t dried up the water/dock area, but that wasn’t the host’s fault! She reached out before the trip to make sure we were aware. Quiet neighborhood and close to Anderson, Clemson and Greenville. We had plenty to do. We would recommend this rental!

This property was quite nice. There was plenty of room for my whole family. The fire pit was nice to sit around and we were able to share movies and sports in the comfortable living area. The beds were very comfortable as well.

Ashley and Scott were the best. Ran into a small issue while there and they jumped on it immediately no questions asked and had it fixed as fast as they could as best as they could with a house full of people, and kept checking on us after the fact to make sure we where comfortable.The house itself is beautiful, very well kept, we will be staying again, if not for the house then definitely for the wonderful hosts. Truly the best place we have stayed at. 10/10 would recommend.

I gave the property five stars all the way around. The only disappointment was one that was out of the hosts control, which was the lake was so low we couldn’t use the home for what we rented it for… the water access! We understand it happens and we’d rent from them again!

Unfortunately, due to a drought in the area our water level is lower than it typically is this time of year. It is slowly but surely coming back up, and our guests will be able to enjoy all the lake has to offer from our back door. Thankfully we are less than 5 minutes away from Greenpond Boat Landing and Portman Marina in the mean time. Thank you for taking great care of our home, and we welcome your return!
