The views from the indoor and outdoor living spaces which overlook the water are simply breathtaking. This new construction property includes a private boat dock, pool table, basement bar and upscale game room. The house sits in a cove that is great for a multitude of water sports as well as fishing and swimming adventures. A two person kayak and paddle board are available to enjoy. Previous renters have commented on the wonderful neighborhood, beauty of the house, the amazing porch, incredible sunsets from the dock, spectacular views and its easy proximity to Clemson, shopping and restaurants. Dock is and needed of some repairs as well as the swing. But this is a beautiful property. Friendly neighbors as well.

Wonderful home!

I recently stayed at this home for a mother-daughter weekend as my daughter goes to Clemson, and her sorority was having an event. The home is absolutely beautiful, spacious and has amazing amenities. We were able to make beautiful dinners, enjoy our coffee on the screened in porch overlooking the lake and cozy up in the living room by the fire in the evening. The hosts were amazing and had great communication. I would love to rent this home again for future Clemson Events as it was only a 10 minute drive to the University.

Annual sister's trip

We normally do our annual sister's trip at the beach but decided to change it up this year to be a little closer. This house has been fully renovated & is gorgeous. There were 6 of us & we all had our own space. The street the house is on was a shock because we expected it to be flat since we were at the lake but it was a little mountainous. However, the house made up for it. I would definitely come back.
