This spacious open concept home includes 5 private bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths and a huge deck with fantastic views. The views from the indoor and outdoor living spaces which overlook the water are simply breathtaking. This new construction property includes a private boat dock, pool table, basement bar and upscale game room. The house sits in a cove that is great for a multitude of water sports as well as fishing and swimming adventures. A two person kayak and paddle board are available to enjoy. Previous renters have commented on the wonderful neighborhood, beauty of the house, the amazing porch, incredible sunsets from the dock, spectacular views and its easy proximity to Clemson, shopping and restaurants. What a beautiful home on the lake! It accommodated our family and friends perfectly. There is every appliance and kitchen item you can think of! The hosts were very easy to contact if necessary and we enjoyed our coffee on the screened porch overlooking the water - perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Serenity Point at Lake Hartwell! William, our host, was thorough and incredibly responsive throughout our trip, answering questions quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. When a few remotes needed new batteries, he had replacements arrive via Amazon the very next day. The pre-arrival literature he provided was so detailed that both arrival and departure were a breeze.The location couldn't be beat: we loved the short walk from the house down to the lake. Our family spent hours swimming and fishing off the dock, and the sunsets over the water were absolutely stunning, the perfect way to end each day.The house itself was perfect for our crew of 12. The kitchen had every appliance we could possibly need, plus two refrigerators and an ice machine, which made cooking and entertaining for a big group so easy. We also had a blast playing the Pac Man arcade game and pool table in the evenings, and loved gathering around the large dining table for puzzles too.We'd happily stay here again and recommend it to any family looking for a great lake getaway!

This property was lovely! The views of the lake and the spacious back porch offered an incredibly peaceful atmosphere. We brought our own kayaks and also took advantage of the kayak and paddle board that were available at the property. Our kids had a great time playing in the water. The basement was also a hot spot for their enjoyment. They loved the pool table, video games, and giant beanbag. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms are beautiful. The overall feel is very inviting !

The house is beautiful and a perfect fit for 4 couples. We were visiting our daughters at Clemson and our stay was fantastic. The house has two large dining room tables which fit all of us. It was very well appointed and close to campus. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect house for a family tailgate weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a short weekend with the game taking up most of our time. We would enjoy coming back in the summer months to enjoy the porches, and the lake.
