Our Lakehouse sits on the beautiful & massive 690 miles of shoreline on Lake Hartwell in a deep water cove located in Townville, SC off Exit 11 on I85 & 5 minutes from Portman Marina & 20 minute drive to CU. This two story house sits in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Lake access is just steps from the back door to get to the dock with a smooth concrete path that has a nice gentle slope to it. The private dock is perfect for those that would like to bring their own boat.

Peaceful and homey

The home was a tranquil spring stay with brilliant morning light pouring in. Great decks to wake up and watch the late sun come up over Hartwell. Space was comfortable and homey and easy to access off 85. This was the exact escape we needed.

Great family spot

Our holiday vacation was wonderful in this well-stocked home. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pool table was an added bonus for all. Beautiful location with expansive lake views. Driveway is steep. Our host was always responsive. Would definitely stay again.

THE BEST LAKE EXPERIENCE!

This house is perfect for large groups especially ones with lots of teens. The dock was perfect for renting a boat and docking it as well as fishing. The house very clean and organized! Would definitely recommend and book again!

Great House on Lake Hartwell

This is a great property, located in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to get where you need to go. The house is really nice and large enough to accommodate a large group. The porch was recently redone and awesome place for coffee in the morning. Great kitchen and dining area. The host has put some games in the house, we enjoyed them. Laundry room is easy to use and machines are in great shape. Would definitely go back. Thank you for letting us use your house.
