About this property

Sandy Toes & Tiger Roars

This dog-friendly, wooded lakehouse retreat is situated on a cove perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing, and has access to 2 docks (1 covered). Enjoy the beautiful screened-in porch with awesome views of a private wooded lot and the gorgeous lake. Outdoor fire pit, level yard, and a short flat walking path to either dock. The front yard is gated and easily accessible for your furry friend. This house sleeps 8 guests!

Water Access:
The driveway has plenty of space for boat trailer parking. Guests are welcome to rent a boat from the nearby marina or launch their own from the Townville Landing, 1 mile from the house. Another landing 20 minutes from the house is Green Pond Landing in Townville. The dock parks up to two boats. Guests have access to a canoe, three kayaks (two sit on top, one sit inside), a large floating lily pad, and a variety of lake floats. The shoreline next to the dock is accessible for wading into the water and has a beach entry with a mostly red clay bottom.

Space:
This home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, sleeps eight guests, and has a washer and dryer!
Year-round waterfront access from the main dock, even when the Lake draws down, this cove maintains a
high enough water level to dock a boat and enjoy water activities.

The Main Level: An amazing sunroom, open kitchen with breakfast bar and separate dining area,
spacious living room with large flat screen TV with Roku and sound system
Upper Level: Comfortably sleeps eight. Large master bedroom with king bed, master bath, and walk-in closet. 2 sets of bunk beds in the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a king-size bed. The upstairs common bath is a full bath with a bath/shower, sink, and toilet. Soap, shampoo, and towels are available for guest use.

Neighborhood:
In a quiet residential neighborhood, known as the Coneross Creek area of Lake Hartwell, many enjoy
walking and biking because of the location's wide, flat road.
There are three downtown areas to explore that are under a half-hour drive away from the house:
Downtown Clemson 14.9 miles
Downtown Pendleton 16.3 miles
Downtown Anderson 17.7 miles

Access:
Private asphalt circular driveway, spacious enough for boat trailers and easily park four vehicles.
Townville boat ramp is less than a mile away, easy to walk to, and then just a few-minute boat ride to the
home's dock.

Transit
The lake house is conveniently located off of exit 11 on Interstate-85:
30 minute pontoon boat ride to Clemson stadium
45 minutes from Greenville, SC
90 minutes from Atlanta
1 hour 50 minutes from Asheville
2 hours from Charlotte
